Staff at Emergency rude when Hispanic speaking needs help with language, not professional, maybe they are in wrong profession. Please do something with these people.

I would suggest you stay away from this hospital
My parent was hospitalized due to a seizure and dehydration. My parent stayed over night and he called me the next morning telling me no nurse came to help him in the night to use the restroom or providing him water when he would push the nurse help button. My parent had to wait till the morning for someone to help. If you have an elderly parent who can’t advocate for themselves I would suggest you stay away from this hospital or stay over night and request to speak to a supervisor to demand to stay over night with them.

Died of a heart attack in the emergency restroom
Cousin was denied emergency care in august told to wait even though he was saying his chest hurt ,he went to the restroom I guess to put water in his face and later died of a heart attack in the emergency restroom nurses didn’t find his body till an hour later that’s what they say but I think it took them longer to realize he was past away in the ground he could of been saved

I was turned away on 01/10/23
Went for contractions at 37 weeks. A doctor said I was just dehydrated and that’s what is causing my contractions. I did feel pain and it was getting more intense. Said I was1 centimeter open an dI was discharged out the hospital without a wheelchair. I had to go to a different hospital where I wasn’t turned away and I delivered my baby next day. MLK should listen to their patients!
