So 3 hours there, they did only x-ray, no treatment, the bill is over $7000
Don't use ER unless you are dying. It's the biggest scam. They will charge you over 4k just for being there. Thats not including any services, just simply for being inside the emergency lobby, not a room. Thats just ridiculous. And it's not a fast services, wait time approximately 2 hours. They are simply scamming patients. After paying the bill in full for everything, including x-ray, they sent another one for x-ray, again. Saying that x-ray is separate from the hospital and need to pay the doctor (even though I never saw a doctor for x-ray) Scammers. Just go to your doctor. Don't go to Memorial Hospital.

Disrespectful of seniors needing assistance
Do not recommend. Like a prison, first thing is brutish guards yelling at you. Unlike any hospital I've ever been to. Uncaring inconsiderate.

Not sure how they’re ranked “#1 in maternity”
I had an induction scheduled since 07/19 im past 40 weeks and I spoke to a woman named Lori K very rude she’s telling me since i’m not 41 weeks im not going to be prioritized so what was the point of making an appointment? Called again today and they are still not taking me have the intended parents from china waiting on stand by because i was suppose to be seen since Saturday also i was a high risk pregnancy so not sure how i wasn’t a priority.

REVISE YOUR ER SYSTEM!
Went to the emergency room for a toothache, nerve pain is not something anybody wants to deal with. So instead of making the patient wait 6 hours that are in pain, treat them IMMEDIATELY!!

Not too thrilled with this hospital
They called me while I was at work and pretty much implied that my husband was as dying. Called later and they said he was fine. Then drove 45 minutes to hospital and they wouldn't let me in due to 'shift changes'. Said I could return at such and such time which of course is when visiting hours are over.

We still have questions
My family and I lost our father to covid in January 2022 at this hospital. The doctors were horrible and blunt. There was lack of communication from them as to what they were doing to my father due to all the covid restrictions. The doctors told us if he would allow us to visit my dad we had to disconnect him from the ventilator. I still have a lot of questions as why he was placed on a ventilator when the doctors notes said he was stable. I thought this was a good hospital but I was wrong.
