Don’t waste your time in coming to Alta Bates Sutter Health
I took my wife to the emergency department on a Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. to be exact. She had terrible chest pain and fever at 10:00 p.m. we where in waiting room and did not receive Tylenol that ask for. Finally got a room at 11:00 p.m. I had to leave because we have a toddler at home to attend to. y wife stayed and was given Tylenol at 1:00 a.m. shortly after my wife was discharge by 2 a.m. with no diagnosis doctor said he did not know what she had and that it could be the flu let me mention how filthy and unprofessional our experience was but that no all, a day later my wife felts worst and did not want to go back this hospital, so we head to Martinez hospital which was a completely different experience we got there staff was professional place was clean and test where made in a much more professional manner. FINALY around in 4 hours she was discharged with a diagnosis (Neumonía) I would highly recommend Martinez hospital.

We are paying for the doctor's mistake
Terrible service and experience. My mom had a cut to her neck. She was bleeding but the nurses made us wait for 30 minutes without any providence on the situation, treatment, or reason for waiting. The most ridiculous part is when the doctor came to inspect the wound, she made the cut even worst. My mom was then forced to transfer to another hospital (Highland) without our approval. We suddenly have to pay for some 4000$ bills just for that ambulance that 1) we did not ask for and 2) was due to the doctor’s mistake. Do not come to this hospital for any reason. These people are clearly not professionals.

AWFUL PEOPLE
MALPRACTICE... DO NOT DELIVER A CHILD HERE IF U HAVE A C SECTION....THEY WILL KILL UR CHILD . DR. CECIL THE ANESTEGIOLOGIST KEPT EPIDURAL RUNNING DURING THE WHOLE DELIVERY...MY BABY WAS NOT ALIVE AT BIRTH. I WAITED 7 HOURS AFTER WATER BROKE FOR CSECTION.... CLEARLY STATED I NEEDED A C SECTION BEFORE . AWFUL PEOPLE .
