THE MOST DECEPTIVE, AWFUL BILLING SYSTEM. SCAM
They charge exorbitant hospital fees (thousands of dollars) for just walking through the door, and every singe "service" such as imaging, or even the providers will send you additional bills over a year later. They charge you literally over a THOUSAND dollars for providing the "xray ROOM", which does NOT include the xray, or interpretation, which are BILLED SEPARATELY months later.

Before she passed, the staff felt completely cold and unempathetic
I would give this place zero stars if I could. My aunt used to work here before she passed, and she always said the quality of care had gone downhill—especially after AHMC took over. Sadly, my family experienced that decline firsthand. When my grandma was admitted before she passed, the staff felt completely cold and unempathetic. During an already painful time, they made things even harder for our family. One moment that really stuck with me was when they wouldn’t allow my son to come up and visit his great-grandmother. There was no compassion, no effort to work with us—just rigid rules and a lack of understanding. Hospitals should be places of care, comfort, and humanity. That was not our experience here at all. Based on what I’ve seen and what my aunt shared, I would never choose to go here or recommend it to anyone.

Very bad hospital
Came to ask if they can run more tests on me since i was in a lot of pain (still am) all they did was make me sign a paper and said that they were going to help me couple moments later told me to get the hell out.

2 hours later we got the phone call telling us she passed away
Negative 50stars! It's been over a year since my grandmother passed away at Seton medical center, and i still think about the horrible night nurse in ICU who was so heartless, and mean to me and my family who traveled from all over to say our last goodbyes as per her doctor he said we can stay with her until her last breath! But the night nurse said NO the doctor is not the boss, your grandmother looks like she's strong and and will make it through the night so You all have to leave! No compassion, no bed side manners! We didn't want to cause a scene! So we left! Then 2 hours later we got the phone call from another male nurse telling us she passed away. To the Woman Charge Nurse in ICU who worked on September 2, 2022 ... you caused so much trauma to me and my family! Even when we got back to the hospital you didn't bother to say anything to us-, all you did was laugh loud in the room next door! As we were all grieving ! You are awful should not be working as a health CARE worker!! Stay away from the ICU .... they have lost their compassion, and reason why they became a NURSE!!!
