They’re absolutely shit since ballad took over
Worst hospital you could ever go to. They will let you sit there for hours, while staff stands around and goofs off. Sat for 4 hours for a head CT. An hour and a half after having it done still no results or anyone to speak to us. Apparently they can’t call you back with results now, would rather you sit there endlessly just for nothing. I’d rather die than to go to this hospital at this point. Half the employees don’t care about people anymore.

A simple surgery ended in death
Terrible hospital. A simple surgery ended in death after the Dr nicked a completely different organ. That simple surgery turned into multiple. In addition, a friend of mine had a severe cough for a year. She was repeatedly told she had bronchitis. After a trip to Kingsport, she was finally diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, albeit way to late. During covid, I went to the ER for breathing issues. They didn't check my oxygen levels. We didn't even leave the triage room. That male Dr was terrible. In other words, get out of Greeneville if you need medical care. Even if it's a simple procedure.

Didn't do $hit
Went to the ER a few weeks ago for a headache that lasted for almost 2 weeks. They thought I was suicidal and kept me in a room, monitored for almost 5hrs with no medicine. But I did get an almost $2000 shot in the arm at the very end of my stay.

They forgot me
This was the second time this has happened to me. I was told someone came out and was wondering around the waiting room looking for me but no one call my name 30 minutes after my appointment time I went up and asked the receptionist and she got someone to come and get me
