Absolutely terrible experience on 2 separate occasions
In 2024, my wife had a procedure, prior to surgery the nurse mis-read the pregnancy test, went through with surgery (stomach), afterwards we were told by the surgeon we were pregnant after trying for over 2 years and a few weeks later there was a miscarriage due to complications of the surgery. I will never step foot in this place again. I called over 15 times regarding this instance and who should be held responsible, left voicemail after voicemail with no call backs. It took 6 months for someone to call me back regarding the situation. 6/2023 my wife had a procedure, we didn't get an invoice until 2/2025 and it was expected to be paid in full immediately with zero communication in the interim. Their excuse was that there systems were down during her surgery date and they couldn't enter her information to insurance for roughly 6 -8 months. Never communicated that to us but expected over $3k to be paid immediately upon receipt 2 years later.

If you care at all about your loved one do not take them here
It's cut and dry, no need to get into details other than do not take a loved one here to get cared for.

Horrible coordination of treatment or communication among the staff
The number of times a medical provider told my family member something untrue or inaccurate about his conditions/prognosis was shocking. And it wasn’t something small - a nurse told my family member who was there with organ failure that the organ failure had reversed and he was fine, would be discharged soon. And then later the doctor came in and had no clue why that was communicated because it was not the case. More than once a nurse came in to give him medication he had already received shortly before that. The case managers are atrocious and it’s almost like a game or a joke to them about helping with a safe discharge and aftercare options. Truly, for the health and safety of anyone you care about, find another emergent/acute care option.
