They got 1 star because I had to, and I lived. Night Mare
(Appendectomy burst for a week before surgery) 4 days of terrible pain, 1 almost painless night, then HERE COMES THE PAIN! 97% of the people I dealt with were good as gold, lazy but good to you. My wife did all the patient care, changed the sheets, kept me clean etc. Because of 3 people the last 24hrs were a COMPLETE HORROR STORY NIGHTMARE! I signed AMA because I couldn't stay in this place Another Second.

Miserable and regretful
Roaches were crawling in the waiting room, and staff had a nasty attitude when it was pointed out. The check-in process was painfully slow and rude. I was made to stand in pain instead of allowing my husband to check me in. While the nurse and doctor were fine, dealing with so many unpleasant staff beforehand made the visit miserable and regretful.

Please consider choosing a different facility
I would not recommend this medical center due to their lack of urgency. You can expect to wait for hours before being seen. It's frustrating enough that I've seen people leave because the wait times are so long.

Hate this hospital
I am pregnant and went to the ER because an ultrasound I had done looked unusual, and I had cramping and spotting. I find out that I have a fibroid and multiple cysts, and when the doctors took over 3 hours to talk to me, I was told by one of the male nurses there how it was no big deal, how I needed to calm down, and how he has kidney stones so it’s nothing to worry about because there’s nothing I can do about it. Because it’s completely abnormal to read test results such as those and not want to talk to a doctor or feel worried for oneself in regards to health issues especially when never having any before. It’s not like I caused a scene, acted irrationally, I just asked to speak to someone. Highly insensitive and I don’t believe people like that should be working in healthcare. This is only one of the many examples that I have of people that work here that shouldn’t.

Listen to your neighbors folks! Do NOT go here for ANY reason!
I’ve never seen a worse emergency room EVER! I visited for excruciating RIGHT flank pain. I have a kidney stone that’s scheduled to be surgically removed in 10 days but I couldn’t stand the pain. My urologist told me to go here instead of my usual CRMC. I saw Dr Onyenekwe and I left wondering if he is a licensed doctor because he doesn’t even know left from right and cannot read imaging results. A skilled communicator he is not. Anyway, my CT scan showed I had some damage to my LEFT lung; had he asked I would’ve told him that was damage from having Covid-19 five times. He came in and said he was ordering an x-ray of my lungs because the kidney stone that showed up in my RIGHT kidney was not my problem. He decided I had pneumonia in my RIGHT lung. After the x-ray he came back in and said the x-ray confirmed I had pneumonia. Well guess what? The x-ray confirmed I had no pneumonia!! Then to piss me off even more—his discharge paperwork was about KIDNEY STONES! Like I said, I left questioning who in the hell did Baptist have to choose from when they chose this dude to take care of their patients cuz surely he isn’t a licensed physician!

I waited in the ER for 6 hours with a miscarriage
If I could give this hospital negative stars I would. I went to the ER scared to death that I was having a miscarriage. I sat in the ER for 6 hours before given any answers. Every single nurse had to of been raised in hell. I asked if I was being stupid coming in and they ignored me. The nurse took me back and gave me a pelvic ultrasound and was the meanest lady I have EVER met. The only person that was nice was the nurse that hugged me while I cried when she told me I was having a miscarriage. Go to Conway Regional.

Wait time is ridiculous
After a bad experience with U people I took my wife to Conway Reg er the wait time was less then 1 hr the er doc was very explanatory an good at what he did to bring my wife's blood sugar under control. The nursing staff was very nice we will definitely b back. U people have lost my business. U people need to work on y'alls er wait time this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
