I wish there a minus 1
The worst experience ever. From the Physician to the billing. Went to CC secondary to assumed reputation. Wrong, went for a failed achilles tendon surgery. Obtaining a second opinion. Dr Symth was condescending first visit seemed decent, second was very condescending and short. The worst part was the billing department. I went because they were in Network. I have been battling with them for multiple hours/days. They continue to bill me out of network. My Insurance Company has called them multiple times providing proof. My husband, who is also a physician, myself. Each time they are going to get it cleared up. Then I get another thousand dollar bill. My insurance company had advised me what I did owe. I paid that. They advised I pay nothing else. I owe nothing.

Super long wait times, bad care, super expensive
Overall Cleveland clinic is pretty bad. They don’t seem to care. The Coral Springs locations are just as bad or worse. Nice facility filled with bad employees and management.

Service deteriorating by leaps and bounds
I recommend that you pay special attention to their administrative system, bills from more than a year ago suddenly appear, which is difficult to verify because my insurance is a different company, I called trying to find out about invoices but everyone answer with evasive response. I have no idea but everything points to a scam. I have been a patient of this Clinic for many years, but it is definitely deteriorating by leaps and bounds.

4 surgeries in 3 months with the same issue
And this is one of the ‘best’ hospitals in South Florida? What a joke. Horrendous service to my girlfriend, 4 surgeries in a span of 3 months with the same issue, and they do not even have the courtesy to call ahead of time to reschedule an follow up appointment that we made a few weeks in advance and they waited until the last second which has caused a great inconvenience to us considering that she still has an apparatus that needs to be removed.

This used to be an amazing hospital with caring staff
This ER staff was absolutely horrible and mean to my sick, elderly parents Theysent my mother home - after telling her she suffered a heart attack and her heart did not reset properly. It's been Days since they discharged her and they still have not uploaded her EKG results at all to her MyChart. They also discharged my step dad with a white blood cell count of 14 (indicating a horrible infection). Shame on them.
