Gave me Staph infection in my knee and in my bloodstream
Knoxville orthopedics gave me a Cortizone shot last Monday in my knee, which gave me Staph infection in my knee and in my bloodstream. I’m Sepsis. Your hospital sent me home Saturday and Sunday I had to be rushed to UT Hospital and have been here since. I’ll be in here for another week or so, and having surgery in the morning to clean out some of the infection in my knee that your hospital overlooked

Very bad service
I arrived 35 minutes before my appointment time for a CTA. I had to wait 20 minutes before I was called by the person at the front desk. I filled up the necessary forms and then I was waiting, and waiting with no info about when may test will be done. After one hour I decided to file a complaint with the administration. By accident I met the Radiology director who was trying to find all sorts of excuses for the delay. He assured me that he will personally take care of the situation, but it took another 30 minutes before I was called for my test. All together I wasted 2 hours for a 10 minutes procedure. If possible I will give you no stars.

The only good thing was the nurse. I ended up with a busted ovarian cyst and nothing was done.

I am not paying them thousands to make fun of me and ridicule me
Terrible. I could hear the nurses making fun of me from a few feet away at the nurses station. I felt terrible. I haven't been to an emergency room in over 12 years yet they treated me like I was making everything up. I was not even there for pain medicine. I had trouble breathing and I was so dizzy. They gave me my diagnosis and then sent me out the door without even a wheelchair after telling them I was so dizzy I may fall. The nurse acted irritated and ripped the IV out of my arm and blood went all on my and the bed. They stood at the nurses station and smirked at me as I slowly had to walk out on my own. I hate that I'm going to have to spend thousands of dollars paying back this hospital bill. Zero care.

My stay at turkey creek was bad
My stay at turkey creek was bad. My dr was fantastic she gave notice to notice. Patients is dehydrated needs food an water before I woke up. It's time for the nurse to go home the 12hr shift is over. Transfered to a room. No water for 18 hours no food for 23hr.the nurses came in give me water I woke up for a minute cooked because mouth so dry. I spit water out on bed back to sleep a mail nurse was there wouldn't give me water said I spit on the nurses refuses to give me water I had y time anytime again for water I will never forgive the mail nurse. I refused to let mail nurse take blood pressure told him I don't want to see your face again no food until 9am the next day sorry a bad day for me and nurses the dr.told me she had left message for food an water. A bad day for 90 years old next will be league advise Joe n.shoffner
