My mom was treated like absolute garbage
My mom went in for abnormal bleeding, and was treated like absolute garbage. The doctors didn’t even bother to learn her name and also lied about giving her medication and didn’t give her a CT scan. They had her waiting in the waiting room all night. She was only given panic attack medication and was sent back to waiting room. She also still had an iv causing my dad to chase someone down to remove. They also didn’t even tell her and my dad what was wrong with her after several hours. This left me and my family feeling outraged and her feeling like her dignity was violated by the terrible service.

Talked to us like we were criminals
I went in for a colonoscopy and EGD Thursday morning! First of all I was told to be there by 9 AM my time! I finally got taken back around 10:30-11. The surgical nurses were amazing, but I was admitted against my wishes due to my health oxygen levels dropping! I got upstairs in room A 319 right around shift change! The LPN “MARY” who came in at 7 pm Chatt time & talked to me and my 71 yr old mother like we were criminals or worse! Constant snapping at me! Really rude to the point my mother tried to sign me out on her own, but was told my insurance wouldn’t pay for my procedures I’d had earlier in the day if she did!

They make sure they get your insurance info so they can bill you for subpar treatment
Worst experience I've ever had at an emergency room! I fell 6ft and landed on my feet. My right ankle is twisted so bad it's swollen too much to fit in a shoe. The doctor come and said nothing was broken I told him I said I feel like something is broken well about 10 minutes later he come back and said okay my x-ray text says that there is a bone broken in your foot but there's nothing we can do about it They didn't try to find out if there was tendons torn or anything like that I mean I can't put any weight on it It's killing me just sitting and they don't care about anything

Awful!
I’m a state away and disabled so having trouble getting to my Dad who has had a stroke as a major heart issue. They’ve kept this 74 yo man who had that in the ER for 2 days going on 3 now saying they have no rooms to admit him. The worst part is that I have called twenty plus hours in these two and a half days and either been hung up on or left on hold for 20-30 mins THEN hung up on. I’ve only been able to talk to nurses, not Doctors, and TWICE only at that with very minimal info. I’m his SON with Power of Attorney and these ppl still won’t let me through.

It’s time for these bums to stop being so insensitive
If I could give zero stars I would. My wife had a car accident and had to be taken to the ER. Upon arrival, I was asked to leave the waiting room by the short fat security guard. I was given no explanation as to why I was to leave. There was plenty of room in the waiting room for patients coming in. After being told to leave the waiting room, my wife waited 3 hours to get called back. After being called back the nurses began telling her that the wreck was her fault. Who cares even if it was? The staff needs to do a better at actually doing their jobs! At the end of the day no one wants to be in the hospital. It’s time for these bums to stop being so insensitive. Stay far away!!

Inhumane!!!
I wouldn't even give then a star. My friend sat there with no help from the ER over night with no supper or breakfast, lunch, nor supper again before she was released. She's a diabetic that asked for a simple food box and her insulin...they ignored her as if she wasn't even there. They told her there was nothing they could do for her. What kind of a hospital is this?

No armband or name check to the wrong room
My husband went for an Ultrasound of his heart, he was supposed to be transported to plasmapheresis from there. Instead the transporter took him to another patients room whom had an infectious disease. We were already dealing with a weakened immune system among other issues. My husband told the transporter several times it was not his room. She never checked his arm band or name. He remained in the room for 30-45 minutes before the floor nurse came in looking for the patient that was supposed to be in the room. Now my husband has been stressed even more!!
