Living with our dad's passing is difficult and painful because of their actions
My sister was in appointed executor. As she was at the facility speaking with staff the nurse I'm charge of floor approached her in the harshest , hateful , disrespectful, and unprofessional manner . She was not aware of restrictions at that time of the pandemic. Each time they changed our dad's room there was no working phone . They put dad on another floor... no working phone . Dad's phone charger and cash were stolen or taken with no explanation after inquiries were made. COPD doesn't get better . Covid makes it worse. However while at home the visiting nurse said covid test negative. Each time he was admitted to the hospital covid test positive . Even though he had progressive copd the cause of death of course was covid . Go figure. The morning of his death they delayed contacting my sister. They would not allow us in the hospital unti 7am . They made the room and him look as if nothing happened. No working phones in any room they put dad in and his phone charger was missing.

This place just wants to make money off of you
Sat in a hallway for an entire night. I would receive my results in my portal hours before anyone would come talk to me about it. I had a video chat with a neurosurgeon. I was right by the nurses station and I could hear every bad thing they were saying about the patients. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. It seemed like protocol was everyone getting a CT scan for some reason. Terrible hospital.

Save yourself the money and the trouble
This hospital has very nice rooms, but that’s about as good as it gets. Doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing. Will not return complaints if you have them you would be better off going straight to Baptist.

If I could give minus 0 star I would
I went in to the emergency room at 12;30 oct 20 th 2023 . they check me in took blood and i even talk to a doc on a video chat, and had x-ray done on my lungs all buy 1;45 pm very fast and all were great staff. the problem i had was to wait for someone to come out and tell me what is wrong or might be wrong with me, at2 pm everything was on my chart and i was in the waiting room at 4;30 and i walk up to the front desk and said did someone forget about me ,, i gave her my name and dob, she said sir you have to wait there is a change of shift you can go back there and sit and wait till someone comes out and talks to you,, Really!!! I SAID NO MAM.. I HAVE BEEN HERE OVER 4 HRS MY TEST RESULT BEEN READY FOR 2 1/2 HR HERE IS YOUR TAG , IF I FEEL THAT AM GETTING WORST I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ,, WHEN I CAME IN THERE WERE ONLY 3 IN THE WAITING ROOM NOW THERE IS OVER 10 AND AM NOT GOING TO WAIT ANYMORE ,, THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN TO ME HERE!!!!!!

They HURT my 8mo
I took my 8mo here with a fever of 103. THEY HURT HER. She has bruises from the phlebotomist fishing the needle in her for 15 minutes, trying to force blood to come out cause they couldn’t find a vein. They admitted to me they never pulled blood from a baby. A doctor should have stepped in or at least supervised. No one told me what was going on. They put a urine bag on her and never came to check it. I checked and it was placed wrong. The doctor shoved her head HARD into the bed to hold her still and wouldn’t let me help. Not to mention, the phlebotomist didn’t read their chart and had to come back to take blood again, which was even worse. I had to tell them to stop because they were hurting her so badly. The charge nurse was very nice, but she wasn’t the one caring for my child. We left and I made sure they all knew why, just for them to tell our primary doctor they didn’t know why we left. MY PEDIATRICIAN TOLD ME HIMSELF TO NEVER TAKE HER BACK THERE. THEY DO NOT HAVE WORKERS WITH BABY EXPERIENCE. My child is now traumatized as to where she use to do so good at the doctor. She was shaking with fear for hours.
