This hospital killed my sister!!!
They misdiagnosed her and placed her in ICU telling me to place her in hospice. I told dr Moodley to take her off heavy sedation and she might wake up. This doctor got upset with me but did it anyway asking for my POA (Power of Attorney) and when I showed it the POA I had was rejected. They wouldn’t let me make decisions that were safe but wanted to experiment on her. There were scars on her hands and wrists…blisters on her hands and wrists. After placing the PEG tube in her a few days ago (I refused it) and discovered my sister vomited up her food and her heart stopped!! I can’t stop crying. They wanted to discharge her a few days before she died and now this. The doctors and nurses are incompetent and neglectful and always on their cell phones. Because of her state I asked for constant monitoring, a tv monitor be left in her room and her door to remain open. They did not do it and I’m left with the hurt and pain!!!

We will never ever step foot inside this hospital again
My elderly father was brought here recently after a fall. He had several broken ribs and had his arm in a sling because of a broken clavicle. He was there for two days and when it was time for him to leave, he called my mother to come pick him up. When she got to the hospital she found him sitting alone in a wheelchair in a hospital gown. There was no attendant, they had not put regular clothes on him (which he had with him), there was no medication list, they hadn’t prescribed him any pain medication, and he was just sitting there all alone. I can tell you if it had been me picking him up I would’ve gone directly inside and gone up to the nurses station and tore somebody a new one. How do you leave an 85-year-old man sitting in a wheelchair by himself in a hospital gown?

If I could give no stars that is exactly what I would give
My mom had a total knee replacement surgery and was admitted. Therapy was great!! The nursing staff was horrible!!!!Mom was taken the the bathroom put on the toilet she used number 1 and told the nurse ok I'm done she told her no I can't get you off the toilet pull the string and the next nurse will get you. I have alot to do and I have to give report, here is the string for you to pull and left. Luckily my sister was there so she kept her sitting patiently on the toilet until someone else came 10 min later. This makes no sense to me. Being a nurse myself this is negligence and being a human being this is not a caring or compassionate place to bring your loved ones a nurse that truly cares for her patients would never put them in a situation to cause harm, you do everything you can do to ensure they are safe and they feel heard.

Never again after poor treatment after knee replacement.
I'd give a zero if I could. Here is what I wrote on the survey. Iwill make a list: my husband had to beg a nurse to come to my room when I was screaming in pain after my knee replacement. I was scolded by a nurse for waiting too long to ask for pain medication when in fact it would take 30 minutes to an hour for anyone to bring me the medication after my request. I literally screamed several times with no response. I asked for a pain management doctor and was led to believe there was one "in house." When I inquired for the 10th time about the pain management doctor, the nurse admitted there was not one "in house" and it could be a day's wait. The room was ridiculously small and dirty. We were told my room used to be an office. Toiletries, full size, were in the medicine cabinet as though someone might be using it as a break room. The "house" doctor saw me for about half a minute when I first got to the room after surgery. I asked to see him multiple times, but he never came. He called my nurse and I could hear him say in an ugly voice, "what's going on in 38?" She quickly left the room so I couldn't hear anymore. I never did see or hear from him again. Because I was being treated so inhumanely, I asked to be discharged which was met with resistance from the hospital staff. It took all day to supposedly get ahold of the house doctor and he eventually agreed to"add some pain meds to my IV". Still he did not come see me. I declined any further treatment and was so relieved to get out of there.

DO NOT COME HERE!
They misdiagnosed my family. The doctor was very nonchalant. They didn’t do any test to determine whether or not how bad her conditions was. They sent her home within two hours. We ended up going to HCA where she was diagnosed correctly and needed surgery. If we would’ve have listen to that doctor, idk what would’ve happened

This is the nastiest hospital I’ve ever been to
Blood on equipment walls and floors nasty. Items on the floor. The oxygen finger thing had been used already. I told the nurse about it and they didn’t care what so ever. When I walked out the room to leave nurses and doctors sitting on their phones doing nothing. I told them to take me out the system I was going to a clean hospital and again they didn’t care at all. Don’t go here this is the killer hospital. You can catch all kinds of infections in a nasty hospital. The only reason it have one star because it wouldn’t allow me to post.

A disgusting place where raw raw cheerleader like nurses
The nurses run around with their hair up like they're in high school. At least half of them can't start an IV if their life depended on it. give me a F. Lol

One of the worst hospitals around.
My husband came with pain from a surgery he had 2 days prior they saw him right away, it started with the ER doctor (the white guy that has two scars near his eyes) he was ruff to the point that I had to tell him he was being ruff. From there they told us to. wait in the lobby for the CT scan. The girl transporting CT scan patients thought it was better to have a full conversation with the fat pregnant girl in the front with bug-eyed about margaritas. After she finished her 5-minute conversation she decided to call my husband for his ct. We were there for 9 hours just to be told that we needed to be transported to a different location. The moral of the story DO NOT GO HERE

Been back there 3 times in the last month for the same thing
If you want thoroughness, sensitivity, consideration, and urgency this is the hospital to NOT go to. They do the BARE MINIMUM, when it comes to helping their patients and customers. Their staff are rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. And their ER is atrocious. I’ve been back there 3 times in the last month fighting a “supposed” uti that either they can’t or WON’T help me with. The first time I went they prescribed the wrong medication and failed to inform us about it. So days later symptoms came back even worse and we had to go back. Then after starting the new meds, just a few days in, the symptoms started back again and we had to go back a third time. This time on arrival I was pretty much written off. Basically being passed off to my pc, with little being done to figure out what is going on. So now I’m stuck dealing with these symptoms until an appointment with my pc in 3 weeks, l guess. A horrible experience. And this isn’t the first time mind you, we’ve had a bad experience here. There were other times too, including when my mother was hospitalized here. She too, was not treated right. But that’s another book. Take it from me, one bad experience, is more than enough. And one too many. Avoid this place like the plague.
