Your ER needs some serious attention
I went into the ER on 3/3 around 3:30am. There were four people already waiting. Nothing crazy. The staff said they had some patients leaving soon and a bed would be ready then. over the span of THREE hours sitting in the waiting room - 5-6 people left! I figured one of those beds would be available soon. I was wrong. At this point there was a women in so much pain she made a bed on the FLOOR in the waiting room. They took one person back to a bed the entire three hours we waited. At one point they had someone come out and take vitals in the waiting room. At that point I had seen enough. I let staff know I was leaving and that this was insane / unacceptable. Having had to wait over three hours for a bed. I ended up at Southshore Trenton and it was NIGHT & DAY. No wait for a bed, got in and started iv fluids right away. I’m sure the rest of Wyandotte hospital is great, however, your ER needs some serious attention. I will never go back there again, and most certainly won’t be referring anyone else there.

If I can sue this hospital for emotional stress I definitely will
This hospital is absolutely horrible! I came here hoping to talk to a therapist about depression and instead of being able to talk to a therapist they put me in a psych ward for 4 days and didn’t even get to talk to therapist in there! They had me wait in a room for over 10 hours before admitting me to the psych ward with two men that has serious psych problems and were very violet and had to be restrained and injected with a medicine to calm them down! I continuously told them I don’t want to be on medication and only want to talk to a therapist and they pretty much told me if you don’t take the medication prescribed I’m not getting out! I gave birth to both of my kids at this hospital in 2017 and in 2023 and if I ever decide to have another child I will NOT BE DELIVERING HERE! If I can sue this hospital for emotional stress and causing PTSD I definitely will!!!

30+ hours of waiting
Been here 30 hours with my daughter haven’t seen a doctor haven’t gotten a room. Haven’t really been told anything. No communication long waits for everything nurses gossip and talk crap about patients in the open. Literally the worst hospital in America

Absolutely the worst hospital to go to!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you truly love your loved ones DO NOT bring them here!! Especially if you aren't lucky enough to have health insurance, as soon as they see that every unnecessary test under the sun is then done with the ABSOLUTE WORST staffing possible. I have gone to higher management and nothing gets done. I thought we were supposed to go to the hospital to get well not treated like complete idiots. I have seriously never hated a hospital more than this one!! You would think by now with the numerous amounts of complaints received something would be done but instead it continues to get worse and worse. I've never experienced this much rudeness and disrespect in my life!!

1 star is the minimum or I would have put ZERO
The hospital admitted my wife with $3K engagement ring which conveniently disappeared before she was released 10 days later. With the symptoms she was experiencing she would not have noticed them removing it from her finger yet no one remembers seeing the 3 diamonds or the white gold band. I was strung along for over 2 weeks while their "investigation agent" looked into my (in his words) 'concerns regarding a ring of some kind'. They stated they looked at videos. They said they spoke with the people who admitted her. They told me there was nothing they could do to help with the loss of the physical representation of my love for my wife. Nothing they could do about it going missing under their care since 'no one documented her having a ring.'

I pray I am never unfortunate enough to visit again
Overcrowded filthy waiting room with a multitude of gossiping princesses at the front desk all of whom are having way to much fun to worry about the patients. Overcrowded alsles due to the unbelievable amount of patients on beds and in wheel chairs hearded like cattle in the hallway. When I was lucky enough to see a doctor he was there for approximately 60 seconds and ordered a pain medication and left. Quite some time later I was given a shot of pain meds and left alone with no way to contact any help. I had a reaction to the medication and after getting sick and vomiting I waited for 2 hours laying in my own vomit until I finally got up on my broken foot and asked for help. The nurse was as expected nasty to me and told me she had more important things to worry about than my upset stomach. She did finally change the bedding and left me in the room again but now the vomit was only all over the floor. The worse part of this entire experience was that I was actually receiving better care than some of the other patients around me. I dont have any desire for an apology nor do I expect anything to change. Please...Please...Please find a different hospital for yourself or your loved one.
