This is the worst Emergency Room in the state
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It was terrible when it was Good Samaritan but it is horrible now. Literally they are calling patients out by name "roll call" in the waiting area. They are taking patients vitals in the main waiting room. When they brought my family member in the back room the nurse didn't bother to greet him and her back was turned the whole time. No respect, no confidentiality, no patient care. We ended up leaving without being seen. We are going to Newton Wesley.

Nightmare on 235 North Pearl St
This is Exactly what this place is to my family. Good Samaritan/ BMC South unalived my aunt do to neglect and incompetence on 5/3/25 the day before her birthday. We really wanted her moved. We regret it ! went there on Thursday, my aunt is gone on Saturday. I wouldn't take a wounded animal to this place. What Hospital leaves a person who came in with severe chest pain, laying in an ER room for 7 hrs? until a family member showed demanded they take action and attend to her. We're left shattered and a bunch of unanswered questions.

Wouldn't recommend anyone with serious issue to go to this place
Worst service ever. Will make you wait for 8 hours while you see the doctors and nurses are having party and fun all night in front of the patients that have been waiting to be seen. Finally after you are seen they will send you back home with no treatment and asking you to come back if it get worse.

My mother was not taken care of
My mother recently visited Good Samaritan and was in the hallway on a stretcher for 14 hours. If that wasn’t enough, she’s been throwing up and shaking and every nurse is just walking by. She spilled her bowl trying to catch someone in the hallway just for nurses to ignore her and walk by the spilled vomit. The negligence of the doctors made her resort to throwing up in her hands for the next hours. Do not bring your loved ones here, they will surely not be taken care of.
