I wanted to share the patient experience from Adventist Healthcare Fort Washington Medical Center. The patient care service was extremely poor, inattentive, staff doesn’t want to provide their names, combative at times when asking clarifying questions or having concerns. Attitude was the worst. Making statements to family members that the patient can be an a**hole please don’t tell her… rooms nasty sharp containers which is biohazard left open huge safety hazard!! Patient came in walking discharge not being able to walk at all. Called today just to get a contact number for the patient experience, the lady answered was clueless and it was like I was asking for their personal information!! She was hesitant, laughing and extremely unprofessional!! This hospital use to be good but you can tell the employees that is hired need to go back through training because there is no sense of urgency understanding empathy or safety!! Close that facility or hire a new staff that truly care about the PATIENT EXPERIENCE!!
