I had a very negative experience at Holy Cross Hospital
The front desk staff urgently needs proper training in customer service. They were rude, unprofessional, and displayed poor attitudes, including inappropriate facial expressions and a complete lack of empathy. Each receptionist seemed to follow their own set of rules, which created confusion and frustration for patients and their families. I understand that policies must be enforced, but that does not justify treating people poorly. I was told the lobby is only open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and outside of that time, we were asked to wait either outside the hospital or in our car. This is completely unacceptable, especially for elderly individuals or those with medical conditions. I was there for four days, and unfortunately, nothing improved. It was a truly unpleasant experience.

If you have the option to go to other hospitals, avoid this one completely
The worst experience!! We will never return!! My dad went to the emergency room for chest pain. They admitted him for two days, and we were never informed of his condition. Furthermore, the nurses accused him of stealing a plastic bottle that was under the bed! They even took his clothes off to make sure he didn't steal anything. My father was treated like a psychiatric patient for no reason. They stripped him naked and tied him to the bed. After two days, they sent him home with medicine for gastritis, which was not the reason for his visit.

Charged me one thousand dollars to hook me up to an IV bag
I called to try to talk with the billing department and they didn’t answer. I left a voice message to contact me back. They immediately sent it to a debt collector... This is why people have no trust in the medical system. Oh, and yes I had insurance

They should just rename it Mercy Killing Hospital
I have never seen a place so incompetent and non caring. When we got there in the morning to see my Dad, nothing was connected, no oxygen, no vitals, no medicine, no catheter. They said they were not sure why and would reconnect. They rarely answer the call button and just brush you off when you ask for help. The second day when I showed up the call button was moved out of his reach and he was laying in a pile of poop with no oxygen. He said he yelled for them all night and they ignored him. Third day, I showed up and there was no oxygen, no food or water and it was 10:20 am. Turns out the food had been sitting on the nursing station counter for almost an hour. To save his life we are doing an early discharge today. If my family was not at the hospital caring for my dad he would have passed away. They push for a copy of the Advance Medical Directive so they can just let patients pass and say the patient's quality of life was low (CYA). Just sickening to see how a church based hospital has such a disregard for life. I feel sorry for Dr Sheth. He was great and is stuck in this awful environment.

Left me screaming and vomiting
I came with ambulance with painful transferred from urgent care. With all this the hospital put me in the waiting area for almost 4 hours, screaming and vomiting. I spoke to the nurses several times and they rejected to do anything.

If you value your loved ones please don’t take them here
The lack of training can result in your loved ones imminent death.

I deeply regret the choice to allow our child to be born at this hospital
Our son was born premature at 30 weeks on a Wednesday. After birth, our infant was placed in the NICU and mom was taken to the “SICU” for diabetes treatment and pain management. After speaking with the Administrative Coordinator, I was told in so many words that because she had medical issues that required her be treated by the ICU, once released from intensive care, she was placed in a recovery room and was not eligible to return to Labor & Delivery to be near our child. On Saturday, while I was away at work, she was released from the SICU as they claim her “diabetes and pain had been managed”. Word to the wise: if you’re an expecting mother, either be sure to have perfect pristine health, so you don’t run into this same very issue or you’ll be writing a bad review to warn other expecting parents about this place while trying to get in contact with a news station.

Questioning why did I even come here in the first place
One of the Worst Hospitals Ever! Do not come and risk your life at the ER. These nurses and doctors have no compassion. Hospitals are supposed to be a healing place instead it has me questioning why did I even come here in the first place. No one has an answer for you they give you the run around. Not only will you wait for hours and hours but no even one person acknowledges you. Go somewhere else that will make you feel safe not like you’re going to die of negligence. Oh and to add one thing the power kept going on and off all night.

Be prepared to wait for very long time
The most horrible experience I’ve ever had especially the ER there is no where to sit they violate all HIPPA LAWS you can hear other patients information like whats wrong with patients their phone numbers date of birth including the patient’s address be prepared to wait for very long time or to plan for funeral arrangements.
