Google "homeless woman abused by officer Foster & ER staff"
Have you ever Googled "homeless woman abused by officer Foster & ER staff" Horrible nurses at the ER! Taunting her even after the Lexington cops broke her leg. In the end Linda, the homeless 60 year old, got a 1.2 million settlement.

They refused to give us results of our son's labs
We brought our son in to get labs after hours. These labs were ordered by Cincinnati Children's. The lab people refused to give us results of our son's labs. They told us to go to Mychart. However, when we tried to view them on mychart, we could not. We called the mychart help desk, they said they could not help us. They told us to check with registration. But then registration said they could not help us. So basically we were told it's not my problem.

Having staff post reviews to get your ratings up is just wrong
My experience with this "Hospital" is watching police body-cam footage of both hospital and law enforcement mentality and physically abuse a woman. The way this Hospital treated her made me sick. I would rather die than be treated by your facility. You truly disgust me. As a veteran 11B someone who fought for the rights of all Americans, I know I can effect change. Veteran's and Military may not make up a large part of your customer base but I'm sure that we can let you know that this behavior will not be tolerated. And money is all your worried about. That is why you treated her and I'm sure countless others like trash. So we will apply pressure were it's needed to get you to comply. We don't need to sell you our land, our inheritance. We don't need to be charged ungodly amounts for medical aid and being treated like you're doing us a favor for it. What if you had to start really paying for what freedom is worth. You see just saying that left a cheap taste in my mouth. Veteran's know what I'm saying, we volunteer for a reason the same reason I am writing this the same reason we can't stand to see anyone get bullied. Everyone should watch that video and learn how not to treat another person. And the police I'm heading to their website next. Shame on you all!

CRUEL UNMERCIFUL HUMAN UNKINDNESS
The shameful and cruel mistreatment of Linda Trapp's March 10, 2022, trip to CHI St. Joseph East following a fall ended with her arrested for trespassing after Lexington Police said she resisted arrest. The arrest left her with a broken leg and roughly $500,000 in medical bills, according to a lawsuit she later filed against the city. The hospital's cruel nurses laughed at her, even after they saw her struggling after the police "man-dropped" her. ER Dr. Timothy Anderson ignored her after she cried out for x-ray of a broken knee after they slammed her on the ground. WATCH THE VIDEO: "Linda Trapp's March 10. 2022, trip to CHI St. Joseph East"

Terrible experience with billing and customer service department
Don’t even bother looking at their “pricing transparency” section they have listed on their website because it isn’t accurate. I was charged significantly more for the test I was having done than what they advertised on their website. I contacted them about this and they didn’t even respond and just changed the pricing on their website to what they had charged me. They also added some unexpected charges to my bill. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out to customer service and billing with no response. I also submitted a billing charge dispute which they denied. I should have listened to others about not going here but I chose to because they were able to get me in much quicker than other places. I now understand why that probably was the case. Any medical care I need going forward will not be with Saint Joseph Health. ?

Very disappointed
Went to have a mammogram & a Dexascan done, on the same day. Unfortunately, no script from the doctor, but it was in the computer. I was told it wasn't signed by the doctor, but no one bothered to ask the doctor. These appointments were set a year in advance. I have osteoporosis, so dexascan is to be done every 2 years. Dexascan is now scheduled at another facility in Lexington.

They couldn't even get my birthday right
They didn't listen to half of what I said. Screw everything up with the insurance.
