Because of NEGLIGENCE we don’t have our Dad for Christmas
Horrible. Just curious as to how many have lost a loved one due to sepsis being missed. The surgeon we dealt with was so heartless and arrogant. When your Dad is vomiting green bIle, yelling out in pain and in less than 48 hours, he passes away. The entire staff, Physicians all need to learn the early onset symptoms of SEPSIS, (I question if they even know!!!) Don’t wait until the day they pass to finally do blood cultures and go “oh, he’s in septic shock” I know 3 other families who lost their loved ones the exact same way and NOTHING will ever be done about it. We don’t have our Dad for Christmas, my Mom doesn’t have her husband. Why??? Because of NEGLIGENCE. Oh and can’t leave this part out. Is it bad that employees mentioned getting legal advice. What does that say???? I’m begging you, if you don’t want to lose someone the way we did, DO NOT take them here. I’d post pictures but I have too much respect for my family and especially my Dad who is no longer here. How do these Dr’s and nurses sleep at night knowing they didn’t give their patients the utmost care?? The patients who passed as well as my Dad deserve justice and We all know that’ll never happen. Save your sincere apologies.

No one seems to be on the same page
This hospital is the worst, non of the providers communicate between themselves. They are rude and careless. Giving false information to the patient on multiple occasions. Very unprofessional.

Every bill we have are now behind
We first came here for him to get a LVAD pump to help heart until he could get a transplant. To help do that they put a small pump in his heart that is connected to a machine that plugs into the wall. While in the ICU his nurse stepped on the cord and torn the cords and machine up. The pump stopped working and they had to take him into emergency surgery to replace. The right side of his heart is damaged now and so they cannot do the LVAD surgery that he needs. They want to take him off they small pump and send him home.

Most piss poor place I have ever seen as a facility
Communication is poor, clean up is poor, and honestly just the whole place is damn right poor! And Renee I hope you see this and I hope you know how worthless you are as a case manager! You shouldn’t even be able to play that role!

I left after waiting 2 hours with a deep laceration
I left after waiting two hours and no-one helped me for an attack of a laceration that went through fat and muscle that I have on video, I just saw hospital staff smoking outside. I went to another hospital and they helped me and they gave me service like they were being paid to give service.

patient care is horrible
they sent my 78 yr old dad home with bed sores and pneumonia .
