I truly hope the Joint Commission evaluates this hospital
Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the condition of this hospital. While some of the staff have been kind—especially the nurses—the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility are very concerning. Many things appear outdated, rusted, broken, or poorly maintained, which gives a very bad impression for a healthcare environment. Cleanliness and proper upkeep should be a priority in any hospital. My interaction with the doctor was also disappointing. The doctor came in with two students, asked only a few questions, and then quickly left without much discussion or explanation. It felt rushed and impersonal. I truly hope the Joint Commission evaluates this hospital because the current conditions do not reflect what patients should experience when seeking medical care. I’m grateful for the nurses who have been caring and attentive, but the facility itself needs serious attention.

No bedside manner or care
This is the worst hospital. Don't ever take yourself or anyone you love there. My mother received the worst care in that emergency hospital which ultimately led to her passing.

They almost made a mistake and gave my mother wrong meds
If I wouldn't of been there the meds they were going to give my mom would of gave her a heart attack. They never did a intake when she got there to ask her bout her info as to insurance, primary doc, medications she takes and health issues. ER doctors and staff mainly sit in the nurse station talking and joking very ignorant. Didnt give the meds she needed or care. The hospital looks run down and horrible. Medical equipment sometimes works sometimes it doesn't. Paint coming off the walls ,doors and baseboards dirty. Overall unacceptable, city inspectors need to go inspect this hospital. So please do not go here or take anyone here .

They should put an investigator here
Bad care, stop giving the papers to the nurses or buying their degrees, they should put an investigator here, they are acting badly..

Poor service and horrible attitude
Tried to communicate with nurse and doctor in the ED. Extremely difficult. Not willing to share test results for while in the ED. Claiming to have metabolic acidosis but won’t share the lab results.

Third world country this place
Wow!!!!! Third world country this place, the care givers have little compassion and they don’t speak English. It’s called patient care Hialeah hospital, the patient comes first, PATIENT CARE!!!! I visited my aunt here and from the nurse Wilmer, to the APRN for Ileana Diaz, horrible!!!! The APRN finally came to see her and was talking to a 90+ old woman from 15 feet away, my aunt asked her to come closer and her response was I don’t have a mask and I don’t want to give you germs; really? So go get one, don’t treat people like just another number, PATIENT CARE, you get it? She proceeds to talk to her from afar, and my aunt can barely hear her, and didn’t even take her vitals. Don’t let your loved ones go here, this place is a dump.
