The bill for one blood draw and allergy test was $3380
The doctor suggested my daughter get an allergy blood test for a non-emergency allergy issue. The DR did not warn us about the cost of the test before we decided to do it.

I WILL NEVER RETURN!
The billing department has no clue how to do their job. Payed my portion of the bill within 45 days of the visit, insurance also paid in the same time frame. Now 16 months later, with no further visits, they are sending me bills, for the insurance portion of the bill, that was paid AND they have record of the payment. They have been contacted REPEATEDLY about this, but still have no clue. Never had this problem at Children's Hospital of Colorado.Now they want to "contact me to resolve the issue" and provide a non click able "link" for me to fill out. Uhhh no, Do your jobs.

I got no diagnosis, more frustration and stress, and a very large bill
I visited NJH for a prolonged lung issue. In my appointment, my medical professional said that my difficulty of breathing was due to a vitamin deficiency even though my blood work was normal. She disrespected me, refused to listen, had no common sense, she was cold and not knowledgeable. I got no diagnosis, more frustration and stress, and a very large bill, all for no service or answers. Don't waste your time or money!! This place is a huge scam.

Absolute worst experience possible
Never ever go here. Horrible organization, systems, and poor health care generally. A broken system. Go anywhere else if you have insomnia or need help with your sleep!!!!! I was seeing NJH for sleep and insomnia. Took thousands of $$$$$ of my money; cancelled appointments within 24 hrs without notice. Have seen my sleep doctor ONE TIME over course of 7 in-person appointments, all other times nursing staff that don’t know how to treat me. Virtual appointments constantly have issues and 50% of them thus far have not transpired due to NJH issues. I’m done.
