Didn’t have the best birthing experience here
I had my son on Christmas Day and my Dr was out of town so I had a random Dr. they didn’t let me drink anything, didn’t let me switch positions, never told me how to breathe. After care was horrid. As a first time mother I was clueless and they will not educate you what so ever. I would recommend finding another place to give birth.

No patient should feel punished for speaking up about their pain
Worst experience I’ve ever had in an ER. I was in severe pain and felt completely dismissed when trying to advocate for myself. When I spoke up about how I was being treated, the physician told me he would not give me medication and planned to discharge me. This experience was not only frustrating but deeply concerning.

I'm so upset with the kind of care that is provided in your ER
My dad was just there and had a heart procedure last Tuesday, he was back in the hospital by last Friday. They let him go with a blood pressure of 224/199!!! I WAS MORE THAN UPSET!! I have a picture to prove this!!! Blood pressure that high should be taken seriously!! But they wheeled him to the car. He left there shaky and not feeling well at all. Today his Dr sent him back to your ER where he sits and waits with no answers since noon here it is almost 6pm and all he has done is sit in a room and wait for nothing to happen!

Didn't take my ruptured appendix seriously
On 12/27 - I went to the ER with a ruptured appendix and they did not take it serious at all I complained about how much pain I was in and how I could not walk, stand up and then they brushed off like I was faking my pains while they are bringing everyone back even people who showed up after me. I ended up leaving after 3 hours of waiting and laying on the ground screaming in pain. Going to Presbyterian/st Luke’s 5 min down the street was the best thing I could’ve done. They took me in immediately and I feel so much better about their care to their patients then this EMERGENCY room. But I did get my appendix removed because it ruptured. I don’t recommend this ER to anyone because they obviously don’t care they rather take the easy patients then the one that needed emergency surgery

We were left with mixed emotions.
During my grandmother’s recent unexpected hospital stay, The medical staff provided excellent care, ensuring her comfort and well-being. Since this was an unplanned visit, my grandma didn’t have the opportunity to remove any valuable items beforehand, so she had personal items with her, including nearly $500 in her purse, which was stored in her room’s closet. Upon discharge, a nurse discovered the money was missing. After three weeks of communication (more of a run-around), the hospital declined responsibility, stating the money wasn’t secured in a hospital locker, and suggested filing a police report—a solution that feels inadequate and not reasonable. Especially given that the money and other valuables were accounted for as she was checked in by staff members, and whoever stole the money clearly had room access which adds a security concerns for someone who may appear more vulnerable.

Absolutely horrific facility
Horrible treatment the entire stay. Then slapped with a large bill they cannot help me pay with terrible financing options. Avoid at all cost, just read the reviews and notice the trend. Do not follow HIPPA either.
