Absolutely the worst experience at that hospital ever!
I would give five stars to my doctor Dr Lee but after yesterday's experience with some of the nursing staff! We're bummed that we have to go to that hospital but we love Dr Lee so that's where we will go! My husband got out of surgery after getting a defibrillator taken out in a pacemaker put it in so it's kind of like a double surgery.... When I got into his room I did not see a nurse for a very long time and when I did she didn't seem to really care too much about what was going on. My husband had to beg for a pain pill thank God Dr Lee was still there and got him one! There was a mix-up with medications we did not leave with any pain meds for him which is fine! The nurse had absolutely no bedside manner was rude and judgmental of my husband! Thank God there was other helpful nurses there that started looking after us! It was so bad she didn't even bandage his IV wounds properly I had to re bandage it she didn't come in to take off any of his monitors or anything she just said get ready to getting discharged! But a big thank you to Jazz and Alexis and to Dr Lee for taking good care of us! At the end!

I never feel the need to write reviews but I am actually in shock
I have never experienced anything like this. And I am beyond frustrated, because I’m still experiencing the same things I came in for! So I will be up tonight dealing with that :) !!!I hope to god that I will never have to step good in this hospital again. I really pray so hard that never has to happen. Like the one prayer that i actually hope gets answered.

No one else has to experience what my family went through.
My father went in just for a test, but the care was so poor that he ended up in hospice. Less than a week later, I lost my father. I don’t usually write reviews, but I am writing this review in hopes that no other family has to go through what we did. My father was admitted to the emergency room with a chronic lung rejection and needed oxygen. While he was being taken for a test, they forgot to turn on the oxygen, causing his oxygen levels to drop significantly. He was visibly suffering. Once he was finally admitted to a room, the care on floor 4A was extremely disappointing. The nurses were lazy, slow to administer his medication, and when I asked for help, they would dismiss my requests, saying “he’s not my patient. Maybe it was his time, but I strongly believe that this hospital could have done much more to prevent his suffering and provide better care. I hope this review serves as a warning to others, and that the hospital addresses these issues

Thank God I'm not dying ( right now)
6/24/24 I go there to get checked for a sore throat .. I sat there 3 hours .. I ask if someone is going to help me and the front desk couldn't even remember I had already did intake. Okay granted something happened that had the hospital on lock. Never have I ever felt like I was at airport TSA, checking into the hospital. I go back to the emergency room front desk , to see them laughing and carrying on...I WALKED OUT!!!!! IN PAIN ANNOYED HUNGRY AND ALMOST FAINTED WHILE HAVING MY BP TAKING... ILL FIND SOMEWHERE SAFER THAT PROVIDES BETTER CARE .
