I was racially discriminated against by the security at this hospital
I waited for over a year to file this review because when I leave a bad review I just want to make sure that the people actually deserve it. If I'm still thinking about it after this much time has passed., then clearly I need to leave the review. The security at the entrance was being controlled by a small African American woman and a small Hispanic woman. While my brother was inside the hospital suffering from a stroke. They purposely found ways to try to not let me into the building. If I wasn't so emotionally overwhelmed at the moment. I probably would have made a scene. I actually thought maybe they were doing their job at first. But as the situation extended for more Time than was necessary. It was clear what was going on. Do better.

This hospital is a very dark place stay far far away!
My mother spent 27 days in this hospital. Two major back surgeries. She didn't get to see her surgeon except the day of surgery! Most of the staff were rude except for a couple nurses. If you rang for the nurse expect to wait an hour.Very short staffed. The pt staff did very little to help , but they did make her feel bad by telling her she wasn't trying , thanks Yvette ! My mother barely ate in the hospital it managed to gain 40 lb! Water weight ,was never put on lasix or anything to reduce the water . She wasn't on oxygen before the hospital, she also didn't get a bath or her hair combed for nearly 30 days. Thank God she left the hospital yesterday unfortunately on oxygen with a large decubitus ulcer on her spine from lack of movement. I'm just glad they finally released her before she died there!

Charged $32000+ after doing multiple unesscessary blood tests
Didn't provide reports to me. Injected many things I did not know what they were. Then I got sick from all the meds & had to go back again, And never got a bed for all the money they charged. Also Doctors did not listen to what I needef for insurance nor my medical history. I am now trying to deal with insurance. THis is causing me much stress & anxiety. I live in Australia so I cannot call a USA Phone number

Skip this ER
I'd leave no stars if possible. My left leg and knee are completely swollen. Dr drained a small amount of blood from my knee joint. Was not issued a knee immobilizer they were supposedly out. Yet they wrapped my knee with an ace bandage. I also told I have a primary care Dr. The er still referred me to a primary care Dr instead of an orthopedic doctor.

I would not trust this place to care for pet fish
What kind medical place much less a hospital doesn't verify a patients medications they are taking , Really people even I know the basics of care....Also When a patient tells you They have a condition/disease that has been verified many many times don't argue with them could cost them their life .....I will never voluntarily go here again and If you value your life I'd recommend anyone finding somewhere else to go.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL.
Went in for stomach pains that woke me up in the night. They did scans and said everything was fine probably just heartburn or muscle spasms (they used a new nurse for my labs and he messed up my veins) They recommend i go to the obgyn. I went to get scans through my dr and turns out i have huge stones in my gallbladder.

This hospital messed up in the beginning and is now trying to cover their tracks.
I am giving 1 star and this is pushing it. I work in the system. My family member was sent to this establishment and they ignored the primary cause of his illness for a month. The doctors refuse to listen and so do the nurses. Due to their ignorance my family member has endured surgeries and grave complications. The hospital tells us they cannot do anything and yet they refuse to transfer them to higher level of care ( somebody who can). They even told us that ambulances dont have ventilator capabilities which is not truthful. They tell us transferring the patient isnt an option because of insurance or because we are asking it doesnt work like that. I know how the system works. We have tried to talk to risk management and the cno but cant get a call back. Instead my family member endures worsening treatment and horrible attitudes in retaliation. They even had the audacity to move my family member in the middle of an honor walk which scared the kid that they were taking him to surgery to steal his organs. The nerve. My hospital would never move a patient during an honor walk like that. They should be ashamed. I hope and pray that nobody has to endure what we have at this facility ever again. They have broken so many ethical oaths.

This hospital is one of the worst
The nurses are rude uncaring and very unprofessional I never recommend this hospital but unfortunately if you don't have insurance it's one of the only places you can go so be warned that this place is not a place of caring it's a place of health and attitude

We waited 2.5 DAYS to be seen
This hospital is horrible! I took my mom in to the ER. Don’t go there!!! This place is understaffed and overcrowded!

Hope this place isn't the last stop for my mom
No calls answered or returned regarding mom in emergency for two days waiting for procedure....talked to a friend, His wife had a stint left in her chest which led to complications, and her death. Stay away
