They refused my father in law even basic care
He was not allowed to shower, no one would bathe him, his room was filthy! The”hospitalists” were cold, rude, uncaring, inefficient. Hi water was placed too far away for him to reach, if he had been strong enough to reach it. He was refused in hydration and proper medication. When we made plans to move him with the hospice worker, they blocked it without letting us know. They Prefered to have him die in the hospital so that he could be counted as a Covid Death and they could receive their stipends. They not only killed him with their neglect and mistreatment, they robbed him over even being able to die at home with loved ones and a measure of dignity. Horrible, horrible place! Do not let anyone you care about go here. I wish I could leave a negative score.

Just greed, you’re literally just a number to them
Please avoid this ER if you’re looking to receive care. I was sent over by my doctor for tachycardia and an Abnormal EKG, and symptoms of a potential heart attack. The guy who works as the ED tech sucks and can’t even put an IV in. Dr. Jennifer Cinto kept me in a freezing room for 4 hours! My resting heart rate was in the 140’s and my blood pressure was high, she didn’t give me any meds to help bring my heart rate down or help with my bp, she didn’t refer me to a cardiologist, she literally just let me sit and marinate for 4 hours just to spend less then 5 minutes talking to me. The nurse was even shocked when she was doing my discharge and noticed I wasn’t being referred to a cardiologist. Dr. Cinto then had the audacity to bill me separate from the hospital an additional $1300 for the 5 minutes spent with me. She also tried charging me for the EKG, which I was already billed for through Banner, so they are literally trying to double bill me. They don’t care about you here.

At least You'll make good money on the claims side
Worst ER I've been to, to date. I am an insurance broker and have been in and around these facilities all over the valley and state - this one in particular was the worst. I brought my mother in because of a severe reaction to a medication where she needs her feet elevated, she cant walk, and severe pain all over her body and shedding of skin. We checked in, the front desk woman made no eye contact ignored me every time I spoke and just asked questions and told us to sign but made no effort to be polite. Then after a 5 hour wait and 90 degree angle sitting with my mother's allergic reaction, causing severe swelling in the legs, and her vitals being checked every hour. We were called back for a sloppy physician in a t shirt and a half on hoodie to tell us " I don't really know."
