Their bills are way overstated
For instance they billed $9k for a CT Scan which should usually be around 2-3k. Additionally, they unlawfully gave us two "Surprise Bills" from out of network doctors in Texas. We only came here because the ambulance brought us here in the ER. They will try to bleed you dry. We are now having to submit disputes with the state and federal government.

Drive anywhere else because it will be way faster and better
Rude staff. Exorbitantly long time for care and overall lack of attention to detail and desire to actually help a patient. Worst hospital I’ve ever gone to. If your life is in danger, make the drive anywhere else because it will be way faster and better

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus Billing department is incompetent
It’s been over 6 months and they say I owe a bill even though my insurance paid them off and sent them my EOB. They request another EOB and expect me to pay out of pocket saying it’s because of “patient responsibility”. What a joke! Don’t come here unless you want to be haunted by bills! And I have good insurance.

Worst er I have ever been to in Phoenix hands down
Don't come here even if your life depends on it, Any other hospital is a better option. Never waited so long in my life been here 5 hours and haven't been seen. Never again will I step foot in this hospital again. Staff is nice but they do not care what has happened or how you feel, they are only decent because they have to be, God forbid you ask a question then it's nasty looks and worse off as they do not care about anything but charging you and your insurance company...

She was talking everything was fine and she passed?
Same day my niece was taken to the emergency room. She was talking everything was fine and all she said is she had pain and she passed away not knowing what happened. Still don’t know a word.

AVOID
My brother went in for simple gallbladder surgery, took 4 days for them to confirm obvious. He finally had surgery after his gallbladder ruptured. Hospital time 2 weeks then rehab for two weeks. I have known other people that go in for surgery in am and home in pm.

I will be submitting a formal complaint/grievance relative to my experience
This is the worst hospital in the state of Arizona. I will be submitting a formal complaint/grievance relative to my experience. At this point all I am trying to do is get my medical records online and no one can seem to have the access to send me a new invitation link.. I have called records, registration, online support to no avail and keep getting sent in circles. Then I say ok I will fill out the records form and thier is no fax listed on the form to return it to.. lol like every thing about this place is a joke.. so now I have to track down a fax number and pray it’s the right one and wait for who knows how long for my records. This is delaying my care!!!

Charged for nursing services that never occurred
One star is far too generous. There isn't a zero star option. I caution everyone to review your bill. Mark down when a nurse actually comes into your room. Being charged for nursing services that never occurred seems to be standard practice. BEWARE. I highly recommend staying far away from this facility.

My father 99 years old made to wait in in very uncomfortable chair for 11 hours
I took my father 99 years old and 6 months to the emergency room because he was coughing out blood and I was very concerned. When we arrived we did the initial paperwork and told the front desk he was retired and was on the mercy care advantage in about 2 hrs he was in for his vitals and questions why he was there. To make a long story short we were there 11 hours my father spent all this time in very uncomfortable chair he was never taken to a room and was never seen by a provider blood work an cat scan was done but I couldn't keep him there any longer took him home to rest and get his medications he takes no companion for a 99 year old man who came for emergency help with insurance my worst experience ever than any other hospital.
