I went into St Joseph ER on Thomas rd for chest pain and it was so dirty I really didn’t feel safe there and was put in front of the nurses desk for 36 hours without any privacy or food or anything to drink

If something happens to me you are liable!
I’ve been going to this hospital since I was born and NEVER have I been mistreated like I did today from the ER triage staff. I went in for a car accident and head injury, they listed my issue has head pain and had me sitting with my daughter waiting for OVER 7 hours!!! When I nicely asked how much longer the both of them shrugged their shoulders and said we are just busy and it goes by people with the most severe symptoms. How do they know mine are not severe!?! I was in a car accident!!!! They talked down to me and I felt horrible just like I valued 0 to them. I walked out after 8 hours crying with still not getting seen.

So many mistakes were made it's unbelievable!
So if this whole ordeal wasn't stressful enough your company casually informs me that It was indeed Out Of Network for a three day Hospital stay with multiple tests! Back to check in..we did our due diligence and confirmed that my insurance BCBS was in network as It was...before February 1st, but we were not aware of the dispute between BCBS and Dignity Healthcare and were not once notified of this dispute by Dignity Healthcare or BCBS!I t was confirmed by the check in person BCBS was IN NETWORK! We went there because I also was exhibiting symptoms of ear problems on this day and my Surgeon Dr. Shawn Stephen's works out of St .Joseph and before February 1st he was in Network, but again no one ,not Dignity Healthcare or BCBS had notified us of this dispute so however we know?

Feel that me and my family were totally discriminated against!
Feel that me and my family were totally discriminated against for what reason I don't know! From check in desk to finally being done with MRI – I had now been 13 hours in hospital and I had gotten up at 4 am for work Thursday and did not get a bed until 4 am Friday! While waiting for an MRI both my son and girlfriend were told to leave the MRI waiting room when I needed them most. We were told they had to leave because the room was going to fill up. Lies. So they had to leave my alone while I was having severe anxiety..and physical symptoms. I asked for food and they promptly told me no! I had now been in the hospital for over 8 hours! 24 hour wait and one of the reasons I was admitted was extreme anxiety due to lack of sleep and hydration and stress! I wasn't even offered a bottle of water! Again prisoners are treated better than this!

The registration process is a joke, but I am not laughing
I realize that Dignity Health outsourcers the registration center to an outside provider, OPTUM. This is a major disservice to the people who are trying to get checked in for their various procedures. During my last visit, the registration waiting room was completely full but only two registration windows were staffed. It took one and a half hours for me to get registered for my procedure. That is ridiculous!!! Dignity Health can do better, a lot better. Once I got through the joke that passes for registration, everything went smoothly. I have a Cardiac Cath procedure on Monday 1/29. I can only hope that it goes more smoothly. However, I won't count on it.

Misdiagnosed and treat me for Guillain-Barre Syndrome
Went here because of neurological problems, paralysis in legs. First the team misdiagnosed me and treat me for Guillain-Barre Syndrome for 6 days something that I did not have. Then they sent me home and told me with physical therapy everything would be fine. 5 weeks later things got worse. They find something in my spine and do a surgery. Long story short, today I need a wheelchair to get around the lower half of my body is all numb and I am an excruciating pain 24 hours a day. Nobody has any answers.

Place is a joke
We are in waiting room for 3+ hrs, and no hope of being seen by Dr. Before old age and death sets in. This place is a joke always has been. My wife is about to black out from lack of oxygen, yet nurses are talking about their upcoming weekends.
