They rarely change the bedding and never answer the call button
Absolutely the worst patient care ever! This is not acceptable care for anyone. One guy took my mother's bedpan and just left it full in the bathroom...her bed sheets had poop on them. I'm shocked.

They missed treated my wife
This hospital is a joke they missed treated my wife in multiple ways while she was there this is the worst hospital in the are period. And even some big wig women came all apologizing for what all they did to my wife which was just to cover there own neglect to a patient in there care...it should be shut down and the people there should NEVER be allowed to be in the medical industry or field....

The atrocity is from the administration side, namely billing
For 3 months I provide proof that I am not supposed to be charged for a service from insurance and continue to receive notices that I am to pay. I have sent documentation over every step of the way that shows that yet again, I am not liable for the charges. What does the hospital do? Well of course they send over a statement and try to bully people into paying outrageous fees for something that is THEIR fault. The unethical practices are ridiculous...I will be moving to a different network.

They keep increasing the final bill
Billing keeps increasing the final bill and they don’t respond. Also they are violating the law. There is still a dispute process and already sent the bill to collections even if it hasn’t been 30 days yet based on Settlement.

Called the MO Department of Health with medical concerns
This hospital neglected a family member, resulting in serious bed sores (requiring several surgeries). Most of the staff seemed overworked and negligent. This particular branch has been known to neglect patients and give supar services. I would encourage anyone who has experienced any medical concerns, malpractice, or negligence at this hospital to call the mo department of health.

45 minutes to an hour to geta response from nurse call button
It’s really unfortunate how bad this hospital has gotten. My Dad was here several years ago before he died and the level of care was really good. My Mom had several stays in the last few months and it is just awful. They can’t even perform basic care very well at this point. It took an average of 45 minutes to an hour to even get a response from the nurse call button…and that is not an exaggeration. We had someone from the family with my Mom all the time as the hospital couldn’t provide a proper level of care. And the worst part is not many people there even care any more. We will be avoiding this hospital in the future, and I would highly suggest others do the same.

Hands down the worst experience in an ER ever.
Asked one of the front desk employees a simple question, she snapped back when I asked why they wanted me to sit in an overcrowded waiting room to take a pill, I was cut off with if you would let me finish. So along with rudeness, you get filthy restrooms! Went in the available restroom and someone had peed everywhere. When I say everywhere, I mean everywhere. Asked a security guy if he could call someone to clean it up, his response was, not my job, just use some toilet paper and clean it off. Avoid at all cost.
