Really scary
Emergency room was efficient. I was hospitalized for a week and needed to be transferred to a higher acuity hospital. The hospitalist tried everything to get me out of there. huge problem with the administration. They can’t get anyone transferred out once admitted. I had to leave AMA.

Always goes with your gut feeling
Went to the ER due to my baby retracting to breath. The first time they gave her a breathing treatment. She was retracting worse the next day and was dismissed by the Dr. Saying there was nothing they could do and made to feel like I was wasting their time. We went to Navel and they saw her breathing at check in and took her back right away.

Worse hospital
They were supposed to call with updates. Never did. Family member was being transferred to another hospital, they were supposed to call before that happened. They didn't.

Worst hospital in the state
Don't go here unless you want to be accused of wanting pain pills or billed for an outrageous amount after they do nothing to help you. Had to take my dad for severe pain in his arm and the lady refused to help him because whatever was causing him pain wasn't immediately visible to her. Then outside someone told my dad, who was in agonizing pain, "Don't worry it stops hurting when you're dead". I also had to visit myself due to problems with my hand after an incident while boxing, they told me it wasn't broken, refused to elaborate, then rushed me out the door and billed me for nearly $800. Worst hospital in the state, nobody i have spoken to has had anything good to say about this place. If you have the choice my advice would be to go literally anywhere else.

I only want to leave a review is at least 1 *. This system is convoluted and as complex as a walnut shell.... we arrived at 3:00pm, and till 9:00 pm the only thing that happened was veins were blown in each hand and no real results from PA, MA, nurses, NOBODY seems to know anything about how to run an emergency room.... I have NOTHING GOOD TO SAY about this place. I could be wrong but they all need to be trained in Patient Experience and all of the bells and whistles of patient care! Go someplace else!.
