Very upset with how my mother was treated in this hospital's care! Be warned DO NOT GO HERE! They are a disgrace! How do you all sleep at night with the kind of care you give your patients!! HORRIBLE!

Go elsewhere
Don't go here. They accuse everyone in pain of only coming in to get their next fix. Horrible hospital with horrible people working there. Go to Asheville or some other hospital.

Very frustrating.
Lately I have been in need of several different specialists. It's taking months to see a Gyn that I have yet to see. After waiting over a month, it was cancelled because they were short of staff and I can't get in now for another month. I'm in Franklin and this appointment is in Sylva. I have issues that need addressing, this isn't a routine appointment, but they had nothing else for me. It took two months to get in for an endoscopy as I got worse and worse with, I now know, bleeding ulcers. Very frustrating.
