The billing at Novant is really bad
They can't seem to get it right. I am surprised that this organization has not been sued for billing malpractice. This place has been sued meany times before

Novant is one of the worst hospital systems to deal with
This is a negligent and crappy hospital system. Long story short - this hospital was responsible for the medical error that took my daughter’s life. The attorney for the hospital system then refused to let us see the autopsy report until the director of the nicu and her could cover it up and get the story straight. It is such BS that you are forced to have to have your baby here.

Forsyth hospital is the worst hospital ever
They got a 1 star for the nurses that are nice and helpful....it would take me forever to explain all the reasons why...if you must go to the hospital please go to another hospital

If you care for your loved ones, don't bring them to this hospital
We have a friend dying of liver failure and pancreatitis that's been admitted but stuck in limbo for over a week. Each department forgets a form, nurses have no authority, only the day shift has any doctors working and after finally being admitted from CCU to ICU to Palliative Comfort Care/Hospice, and it's been 30 hours since being put on Comfort Care and she is still in excruciating pain and still no meds because someone forgot to click a button on the department transfer and authorization of meds. While caring nurses who are the real heroes are trying desperately, they can't get ahold of any doctors. They have to resort to texting doctors who don't respond. We're literally in a Palliative/Hospice room with zero pain meds and no light at the end of the tunnel. Our friend is dying in agony, and this is cruel. I'm sure they will eventually get their mistakes straightened out.

What hopsital does this?
Left a MEDICAL CABINET open for almost an hour and doesn’t give the PATIENT their medication. I went visit my grandmother and the hour I was there the medical cabinet was open (it was open before I showed up and yes I told the nurse at the station all she said was they will be there shortly. We had to wait.

Wanted to CAT Scan a pregnant patient
Absolutely horrendous patient care. My daughter was in a head on collision with airbag deployment at 16 weeks pregnant and was taken by ambulance to the e/r. The paramedics told the nurses that she was pregnant and my daughter told the nurses she was pregnant. She sat in the er for close to two hours. The doctor came in and said he’ll order a abdominal cat scan. My daughter told him she is pregnant, and he said you’re pregnant?! Then he looked at the nurse and said why is she down here and not on ob floor?? The nurse said oh no one told me she was pregnant! That is the same nurse that the paramedics told and my daughter told that she was pregnant. Then-she was taken up to ob floor and waited close to 3 hours to see if baby still had a heartbeat. Such a traumatic experience after being in such a bad accident. Then-midwife on the floor refused to order ultrasound to make sure the baby was ok or if any other cause for her abdominal pain and discharged her home to see her ob the next day. They didn’t even call her ob when she was brought up to the floor. I don’t suggest anyone else ever go there for trauma or labor/delivery emergencies.

It is NOT ok to have 2 heart attacks in a hospital
My fiance was in the hospital over a week and suffered 2 heart attacks. They was nasty to him, manhandled him for no reason and took away his heart monitor. The staff was aggressive rude and horrible. After being mistreated we attempted to leave to go to a hospital that cares as while thru all of this he had his second heart attack.
