I'm reporting this hospital to the Health Department
This Hospital Staff allowed a elderly lady to play in her own diarrhea for 2 hours while they laughed and played on their cell phones. She spreaded feces everywhere around her bed. She had worms that produced flies that bit me near my private areas. I was bit 6 times on the left side. I woke in hives and with a sore throat. I'm constantly itching. I have literally scratched my chest up. Doctors ignore my pleas for help. The male nurse eventually saw the fly. It was huge like a bumblebee and he killed it stating it was full of blood and messaged the doctor telling him to treat myself and bed D for fly bites. He also stated he didn't know there were biting flies (seriously?). I'm in so much agony on the left side of my throat and the doctors are making promises to keep my pain level at a comfort and haven't made any efforts to alleviate my pain. One doctor did prescribe an antibiotic in eye drops and a magic mouthwash and neither is helping. Tylenol barely touches the pain. I cried myself to sleep last night.I was admitted 12-18-25 for one medical issue and I'm still in this hospital because I was exposed to human feces for 2+ hours. This place is dangerous! I'm going to request to be transferred to another hospital as soon as the doctors make rounds this morning. I'm in pure agony.

Disrespectful and unprofessional
Mr Vladimir Compet I really didn't understand the issue and the disrespectful and unprofessional manner in the manner handled that you had with me in Physical Therapy today shouting Hope lets start in front of the other therapists who happened to be smirking Im not saying I am the most Physical Person I'm not there all of the time the last time I seen you was in October so I really am clueless about any issues but Damn As I am always respectful to all of you

My mom passing away due to negligence, and they didn't even call us to inform us
This place deserve negative zero stars, my mother was brought there Via ambulance insistence, during the beginning of the pandemic. We requested for her to go to another hospital. the staff was rude and even though we understand it was a hectic time and they were severely understaff. People were only calling to check on the well being of their love ones. My mom passing away due to negligence. , and they didn't even call us to inform us we had to call to inquire how she was , and we were told that a "RN" forgot to call us and inform us. We were then rudely told that our mom would be placed in a freezer truck if we didn't come to get her. Could you imagine?It was devastating enough to find out that we had lost our mom but then to be treated that way by this so called facility. We called and placed numerous complaints.And all we were told was that there was no finding.. Upon requesting my mother's medical record, we came to realize that my mom basically suffocated to death because no one was monitoring her on a bypap when she was finally discovered, the machine. was off her face and it was too late to resuscitate her.. But again. They claimed no wrong findings. That place was put there in the heart of a black neighborhood to.Give the worst healthcare

Emergency is very slow
Worse hospital…they took more than 7 hours to complete X-ray …. . Staff is very incompetent

There were feces everywhere, and nobody seem to mind
The emergency room was disgusting not the waiting area after you get admitted once I got admitted I ran out of there. The nurses were sitting there on their phones

It’s easy to get in but hectic to get out
I volunteered in this hospital months ago and I have to say this was the WORST place to even volunteer. Very rude medical professionals to work with and they DISRESPECT the living crap out of the patients. There was so many fights between the patients and professionals it was a war show. Very nasty environment as I wore gloves and a mask to make sure I don’t get sick in that damn hospital. I only came here because it was very close since I’m not getting paid to get more hours and it was just best to go nearby. Other than that this place is BAD. Glad it was over so fast.

SHUT IT DOWN!
My mother, brother and sister died in this filthy, disgusting hospital due undoubtedly to its ineptness. (The ambulance will only take you to the closest hospital.) The staff is woefully unprofessional, rude, and nasty from the bottom to the top. I wouldn’t send my dog to this horrible hospital...and it has the audacity to be a teaching hospital! UGH!!
