Negligence
My brother caught a stroke and came here for help. Over 3 hours later no CT, no MRI and no update. I’m standing right next to him with a lopsided face and speech impairment, and still no help. They are too busy taking care of someone with vaginal discharge.

They just don’t care
Unfortunately I live in another country so I cannot get there and have been waiting for over 3 hours trying to know the status of my brother who is admitted here. I keep getting transferred from one department to another and told to call later and wait on hold. This is ridiculously sad. It shows that the staff at this hospital do not care about their patients. I have been telling everyone that I just want to know if my brother is alive and they just don’t care.

The staph he got was more painful than his cancer
A stressed out doctor came over to my Dad with loose tubing equipment, soon after he had severe drug resistant staph. Thanks a lot. He died in pain from the staph.

This should genuinely be criminal disgusting place
Calling to ask about my father and his situation only to be met with multiple answering machines. No information. Nobody answers the phone and they hang up automatically after 3 and 1/2 minutes.

Wish they could do better
There’s a female doctor that gaslighted me about a fever. And they refused to give me compassionate understanding and explanation, overall very bad experience.

I will never step foot in hospital again
I was suffering from severe depression in 2019 got brutally assaulted by staff and Security Got my face smash into the ground concussion bruised on my arms face Got arrested to for first time ever Jan 28 30 They cover up what they did to me on those days. All is forgiven on my side. If my life was on line. I will refuse to go to hospital any treatment of medical stuff. There no ill hard feelings towards them. When the hospital reviews this which I know they will. Run my name and u will see what happen to me.I will never in my rest of my life I will seek anything from this hospital. If I have to go to ER for anything I would refuse it. I would never want the ppl at that hospital ever put there hands on me again.Please do not respond to my review about what happen to me.

The staff at the pharmacy was rude
On September 16th at around noon, I went to pick up medicine for my brother. She yelled at me and slammed the bag of medicine on the table. I went to her because the My Chart had said that the medicine was ready to be picked up. And I have a bruised heel, which makes it difficult for me to stand for a long time. There was no place to sit in the pharmacy for me to wait for my name to be called, so I went to sit in the hospital lobby. My brother's My Chart said that the medicine was ready to be picked up, so I went to her.

The surgeon beyond rude to a patient of color
Did not want to listen to issue my mother has regarding her high blood pressure. Dismiss all concerns and said that my mother can take her medicine if she wants to. It is an issue how a doctor who should be concern about a patient’s health could be so dismissive. This should be further looked into but unfortunately it won’t because the patient is a person of color.
