I will never return to this hospital at this point
Came for a mammogram got the run around don't want to be seen I asked for my CDS to take to another hospital for a mammogram.

I left feeling unheard, judged, and mistreated
I came to CareWell Health ER on August 4th for severe back pain and was treated by Nurse Practitioner. She walked in holding her cellphone, barely listened, dismissed my concerns, and made an inappropriate comment about my weight. When I asked for an X-ray, she waved me off and walked away with no explanation. No patient should be treated this way. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with the hospital

Where is the Care?
My 79 year old father was kicked out after being discharged at 6am in the cold temperature. They wouldn't even let him stay in the waiting area to call for pickup. He has unsteady gate and occasional memory lost. I am very disappointed in the staff. What kind of people are you?
