Mountainside Hospital should really do better
Very poor experience in the ER Dr. Erik Sherman was very dismissive, judgmental, and condescending to my family and I. Patients deserve to receive respect and optimal care.

I would recommend going anywhere else
Unless you’re in the middle of the worst pain of your life, go somewhere else. Went to the ER for a broken foot. And X Ray took hours to get to. They didn’t even bring me into a room, they just stuck me in the hallway and had me wait. So again, avoid this hospital as much as possible.

Horrible customer service the hospital Operator ASDA is very rude I wouldn’t recommend anyone here find you somewhere with more professional workers they are horrible and dysfunctional I would not recommend 0/10
