My mother is not longer with us because of their neglect
This hospital is the worst. They are the least intelligent and caring personnel. They refused my parents translation services and never gave my father any indication of what medications they were giving my mother. The neurologist was the least professional of them all. She had no idea what was wrong with my mother but yet was plying her with numerous medications. As if my mother was some sort of trial patient. The doctors had no clue giving her test after test, two and three times because they made mistakes the 1st time. It took them 6 weeks to find out my mother had lymphoma in her liver and spreading, before it was too late. My mother died because they are incompetent and heartless. The final words I received from the neurologist was a sarcastic "oh well I told you." No sympathy or condolences just passed on by my mother's room like she was nothing but a number and dollar bills going into their pockets. This hospital staff should take lessons on humanity and think. What if it were their parents or family members lying in those beds dying.. it hurts every single day.

Don’t go here u better off going somewhere else, or just dying
The staff is horrible and rude. My stomach and chest was in pain and I begged to get immediate assistance, the black lady at the counter with the short hair budded in my conversation to say to me some rude, smart stuff I wish I remembered her name, just rude, and I’m black too so I can mention how’ she’s just black and ignorant eww. No help I went home with my chest still hurting and in a lot of pain said I would have to just “suffer through it “ so what was the point of coming here I came here to feel better. Worst ever.

PLEASE HELP
I have been to Cooper emergency room twice in the last 3 months for a bulging hernia. They have sent me home each time stating there was no need for emergency surgery. I am constantly in excruciating pain, at times I cannot walk and digesting food is a problem. Follow ups are scheduled weeks later and eventually the pain sends me back to the emergency room before the follow up appointment. I need to have this problem resolved as it is effecting my income and my quality of life.

IS THIS RETALIATION?
I'm currently dealing with an issue with Cooper Hospital that has been ongoing for a long time now. They have been lying to me the whole time saying people would call me back. They have been trying to make me pay for a medication that I don't need. Urologist Dr. Seftel even screamed and yelled at me on the phone in the presence of his supervisor Ms. Cole and she did NOTHING. She said she would call me the next day but instead I got a call from the pharmacy trying to get me to pay for the medication that I don't need. I told everyone at Cooper this story and guess what..I'm staring at a letter signed by VICE-PRESIDENT LAUREN BUDESA(who I spoke to on the phone and told this story to) saying they will no longer have me as a patient as of 4/30/24. All because I'm not happy with them not taking care of me as a patient... why would I not keep calling THEM when they said they would call ME!?!? How do you yell and scream at a patient..really? And then when I try to talk to Ms. Cole she cuts me off because she didn't want to hear me speak after she avoided me for months!!! I was very nice to them!!! I was never disrespectful. They were the disrespectful ones. I never raised my voice when I spoke to them. Every time I had to call and they had to call me back it was a NEW person I had to explain the story all over again to. I spoke to patient relations Jenny on 4/19/24 and haven’t heard from anyone before this letter signed by the vice-president Lauren Budesa. This is how they treat their patients. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone!! I don't feel comfortable at all going near Cooper because of Dr. Seftel out of the blue yelling and screaming at me. I have PTSD, ADHD, and anxiety..I had to speak to my therapist and psychiatrist about this. Just seeing a Cooper ad disturbs me. These are the people who represent Cooper..Budesa, Seftel, Cole..my personal experience..they know.

I had to sign my baby out
This place is the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Where could I start….. my baby girl had to be admitted for monitoring and they put us in a room with another child/parent so we shared a room. We literally got there at 12:00 midnight and my baby could not rest due to the other child crying none stop I told the staff and they seemed not to care that another patient was uncomfortable. My daughter is a baby and ripped out her IV while I was standing with her at the nursing station I literally had to ask them to help me because I’m holding her and also trying to stop her from bleeding out. They were just standing there looking at this all take place before helping. The emergency room smelled like cigarettes and the elevators had food all over the floor. Like wow!!! I had to sign my baby out because I could not take it anymore. Oh and the doctor even expressed to me how tired she was and she couldn’t even give clear orders for my daughter. So scary! Please don’t go here

Told me to go elsewhere
The most ignorant people on the planet. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this butcher shop of a hospital. The lady at the front desk turned me away for medical treatment. I told her I'm not feeling well and she told me to go somewhere else. I don't know if that illegal or not. But I'm sure it's on camera and I will be contacting the hospital upper management
