Waited over 6 hours and left without an actual diagnosis
Zero stars if I could! By the time we finally got to see a doctor, they seemed to not know what was going on. Staff kept saying we would be up very soon when that wasn't true. Definitely won't go back here

They had cut open the wrong spot of my body
i waited hours and i was in pain, the workers was worrying about leaving for work but never the patients i saw in the er for hours and gave me medicine and sent me back out and bring me back in after a hour. They had cut open the wrong spot of my body and the pills they gave me, they never worked.

So unprofessional and frankly, disgusting
Came in a few days ago with a chronic problem that I’ve had for years. I told the attending on dutythat a specific medicine did not work for me and that I needed something else. He asked what I was given in the past and, while it wasn’t right on the prior doctors part, I told them what they gave me. After reeling in pain for an hour after they gave me the medicine that didn’t work and begging for help, the attending came in yelling, accusing me of lying for medication. He came back and apologized, but he was also cocky and arrogant about it. It doesn’t matter how bad of a shift you had, you never yell at a patient, neglect them and accuse them of horrible things. Honestly I’d say worst experience in a hospital ever, including Lexington Medical.

It is the worst place
This place definitely deserves 0 stars not because of the docs. The nursing staff is absolutely useless and rude when someone doesn't meet their ideals. My boyfriend and I came in. He needed to be seen. We've come here many times and they always let me come back with his they refused this time. Saying they don't allow visitors. As people were being taken back with their partners. I guess I don't look rich enough. Absolutely disgusting. Then I can't even sit in the lobby beca6they let random people just wander it. The lobby bathroom has mold everywhere and pee. The vending machine has false prices and doesn't let you know its going to take your money and then tell you you have no money for your snack. The staff are so rude they wouldn't even answer my question about where the bathroom is. They were talking about a patients names and sensitive information anywhere.

Worst level of care by nurses I've ever witnessed
7 hours of asking for a simple drink and a pillow and still nothing. Shown how to reset my iv pump ever half hour. Heard new cuss words from female staff. Know where everyone is going drinking and who's sleeping with whom. There are 3 remotes in my room to operate a tv that the volume is broken on. Disgusting for a Healthcare facility. These nurses should get a new profession.

Very rude and uncompassionate nurse
I want to start this by saying, I understand hospitals have policies; but here’s the thing: when there are children crying because they are worried about their mom, that isn’t the time to get snobby or rude with someone when explaining those policies. My mother was in a horrible car accident, and suffered multiple injuries, and was taken to this hospital. The nurse who spoke with us (I did not catch her name but trust, I will find it was very rude when explaining to myself and my family that we can’t wait in the lobby. We understand that, it’s your policy, and that’s fine, but why were you so rude with us? There is a young girl, a MINOR, crying her eyes out because her mom is in bad condition and instead of explaining things to us NICELY, you’ve got a tone and you’re cutting your eyes and talking to us as if we’re stupid? I’ve made a call about it and I don’t plan on stopping until something is done. I will find her name, and I will make sure it’s handled.

Richland Hospital is unsanitary and doctors are rude
This review isn’t based on one visit but across multiple. 1. Doctors are rude! I had one specific doctor tell me that I wasn’t going unconscious because I didn’t have any “specific symptoms” leading to it other than what I explained so he told me that I was going to sleep behind the wheel after I repeatedly told him I was not. This same doctor told me that I had a “nasty UTi, I mean nasty” although I did not have any symptoms to have known that I had it, and still it was rude to tell a patient like that. 2. It’s very unsanitary, I had a nurse place a tube cap on my shoulder while administering a pain shot, and she left the tube on my shoulder after walking out and leaving. She also didn’t give warning that the medicine in the shot was going to burn like hell so I could prepare myself. 3. Staff is unprofessional! They need to fire the security out front. I witnessed the security guards make fun of a mother who son had just gotten shot! They harassed her to leave because the hospital was on lock down due to the incident which is not right as she is the mother of the individual. The security was outside speaking in ways that’s sound like threats in the situation. 4. Wait times are HORRIBLE. I don’t even want to go into that because everyone already knows. Even when it’s not packed, they still take a million years to process you, take you to the back, and discharge you. The last 2 times I came I left before getting my discharge papers because the visit took 4 hours just from being in a room alone (1-2 hours just waiting on a discharge paper that I can get on my chart) Ridiculous! This last visit was my LAST visit. I’m trying another hospital.

Avoid at all cost!!!
Terrible!!! My daughter was there 18 hours waiting on an MRI. An ultrasound sound and CT should have been performed initially to rule out anything else. What kind of stupid doctors are practicing there? Do not go there.
