My husband passed away one day later after coming home
Please do not take anyone you "love" to this hospital, It is a dump of disaster! My husband was discharged on a Sunday, even after I expressed concern to the staff doctor about his labored breathing. Please don't go to this hospital.

All of your best doctors have left or retired
I am deeply disappointed with what we are left with.

They abused my 86 year old grandfather of dementia!
Tied him down to the bed for over a WEEK from day one!!! We were begging them to untie him because he was complaining of hes arms hurting!!! So inhuman especially to a orderly with dementia I wish I would have called the police or news reporters anything on this nasty hospital I will never forget what you guys put my grandfather and our family through even when we tried having him transfer they would not let us take him out it’s like we’re trying to kill him. THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

This place is so unprofessional and rude
No one has an empathy or patience. I would never send my loved one here. And I only came in to escort patient.

I HAVE FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE PA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE
I voluntarily checked myself in on the advisement of my therapist because I was in a state of crisis from severe depression. I knew I would have to wait awhile until they could find an inpatient mental health facility for me, but in that time, I have never been treated so horribly in my life. The staff treated me like an insignificant inconvenience that they couldn’t wait to be rid of, with the exception of one nurse who spoke kindly to me. I have asthma and brought my inhaler with me that was in the original box with my name on it and they wouldn’t let me use it. I couldn’t take care of basic needs like washing myself or brush my teeth because all they allowed me to do was go to the bathroom to relieve myself. I felt like a prisoner. They seemed so annoyed when I asked for something to eat or drink that I stopped asking. After waiting over 24 hours, I said I just want to leave but they wouldn’t let me. I reminded them that I came in voluntarily but they didn’t care. Rude staff and rude social worker. The social worker seemed angry that she had to come to speak to me. It’s sad that this is how they treat someone in crisis. I’m alerting the local news stations because this type of treatment is inexcusable and the public has a right to know. More steps need to be taken to educate ANY staff, whether it’s a psychiatric facility or not, how to properly treat a patient in crisis.
