Disgusting people doing disgusting things to veterans
This place is digusting they charged me 30k for 2 hours and 2 in bags and some bloodwork. When you call up there no one will speak to you so if you are insured through the VA or not insured and care about your credit do not go here. The care was good it’s the hospital itself that is digusting. I just wrote to Ted Cruz office and a couple other people. This is so disgusting, especially the fact they will not speak to you after, so disgusted with this place. How dare they hide behind Jesus on their website.

Great new facilities. But that is all.
2nd floor nurses in Hope Tower suck. Called the nurses station several times to ask for something for pain for my mom. They say they'll be right there, but they don't come. The. Machine that administers IV drugs was constantly beeping saying it was finished. Asked to have someone come down and stop the beeping so my mom could sleep, no one comes. Then they send a CNA down to show us how to push the silence button on the machine to stop the beeping. That button only silences the machine for 2 minutes, so my family would take turns going over to silence the machine every 2 minutes for the 2 hours we were there. My mom had stitches in her head and was bleeding all over the pillow when I came in this evening.

80k bill from a 28 hr stay caused from medical error
Brought a patient in, passed out while I was there. Slammed versed on me , non seizure syncope Dropped my bp and gave me aspiration pneumonia when I lost control of my airway. Got an 80k bill with multiple billing errors from a 28 hr stay caused from their mistake. Had to fight to get a monthly payment below $1400 a month. No one will work with you no one will fix their own mistake or billing error. I have to work 2 full time jobs to pay for an issue they caused. Applied for charity, denied even though I can prove I only have $500 a month left over after bills. My advice, don’t go here. Just die. Will lose everything bc of this hospital. Their CEO wouldn’t even be able to afford what they are charging. Made all my payments on time and still won’t come off the monthly payment amount. Even if you pay what you can only afford they said they still will turn you into collections if it’s not the astronomical amount they want. Terrific people. I didn’t even have a choice, I just happened to be at the hospital and it happened. I’ve never been more ashamed of working in the medical field in my life.

Zero stars
They treated me like some Guinea pig for 18 days when they knew they couldn't treat my condition. Disgusting to do to someone who's only 24. They even made me sign out AMA because they couldn't let their ego go and let a specialist treat me better. I hope it's never them in this position because what goes around comes around, trash people. Would NEVER recommend anyone here.
