They intubated my brother against his and my mom's will
This hospital is the worse. My brother died after being intubated. He refused to be intubated and they did it against his and my mom's will. Please do not go here. There's a reason why this place is emptymy brother was transferred here from lbj amd for what ? For then to intubate and keep him sedated because every time he woke up he wanted to take off the tubes. My brother called me when they were trying to do it amd he was talking fine he had covid but he wasn't struggling to breath my mom talked to them amd they agreed no intubation. When he didn't answer the phone anymore my mom came to the hospital amd we found him intubated ... they will pay for this. If not in this life God will take care of it. Now im mourning the life of my 27 yo baby brother. Please be careful and of they send you here from another hospital ask questions and don't go alone we should have never left my brother alone there

This facility needs serious inspection
My father was admitted into the hospital for heart surgery, Monday, Feb 3rd, 2025. The surgeon who performed his surgery failed to tell any of his children of a heart attack occurring while in surgery. The surgery details were unclear and all children (his siblings as well) were left to wonder what condition he was in, if the surgery was successful, or if he was going to need further medical treatment. My father was placed in ICU after surgery in which all family members waiting to see the performing doctor come in and speak over the treatment and care plan. The floor doctor came in and shared very little news with the family, leaving more questions than answers. On Friday, Feb 14th, my father took his first small walk with PT, where he became without breath and needing to sit with oxygen. By 3pm Friday, my father was released from the hospital all together. They prescribed him medication and was told the pharmacist would go over how to take the medications. My father went back to the hospital Sunday, Feb 9th due to chest pain he had been experiencing over the weekend. The admitted him back into ICU, said their was inflammation around his heart, further stating they were negligent in releasing him so quickly. Tuesday, 11th of Feb, the hospital released my father again even with his chest still in pain. The gave him another medication and sent him home. Mind you my father’s heart had a clogged artery at 99%. This information provided after surgery. The doctors assured us with the stent placement the clot would heal on its own. The doctors need investigated for negligence.
