Extremely understaffed
Will not be going back to this hospital. I literally waited 8 hours just to be seen.

Terrible service
They left me in a hallway in a bed for hours until I got up and said I was leaving.

I had a negative experience here
Firstly, I never knew what was going on, they sat me in a room and brought me places and I never knew who was coming next or when. Secondly, they had someone in training there who told me I needed to change into a gown. I was in a tiny room that had a door that had a window taking up about a third of it. There was no privacy at all, anyone could look in on me changing, just for them to come in afterwards to tell me that he was training and I did not actually have to wear a gown and I could put my clothes back on. They also ended up basically only talking to me about my mental health when I was there because I was concerned I may have had a concussion. I was not told anything about what was going on with my actual physical health, just given a packet of papers, a pill, and a shot. I was on my way home after 6 1/2 hours. There was nothing to do the entirety of my time there other than stare at a wall because they did not even have cell service.

I would not recommend this ER to anyone for any reason
It’s dirty, the staff don’t want to communicate, and they are very slow. Terrible traits for an emergency room.

That was absolutely one of the worst ER experiences I've ever had
I went in with a head injury from a fall where I was actively bleeding and they made me sit in the waiting room for hours without being seen and all that was done was blood work which was pointless and given a tetanus shot. My symptoms were a headache, neck pain, dizziness, nausea, I constantly felt like I was gonna pass out and they still moved at the pace of a snail to render me necessary care, which they failed at providing. No concussion protocol testing was done and the female Dr on call refused to do a CT scan because she said it was not necessary, even though my daughter and myself both requested one to be done and the Dr still refused. I've been dealing with a headache since I fell and just haven't felt right. I managed to get into my primary care Dr did a complete physical which the ER Dr never did and he also checked my eyes and said I absolutely have a concussion and also immediately ordered a CT scan.

I went today at 7:30am and Didn’t leave until 4:30 PM
When I tell you I was in the hospital for so long. They got me back in there fast when I first got there, what I didn’t understand was having to go in the lobby with my IV .. I wasn’t comfortable.. I couldn’t lay down. I was in an extreme pain and everything!!! But what really killed me the most was every patient that came in even been taken in by the ambulance had to automatically sit in the lobby. It didn’t make sense to me. I felt bad I was so uncomfortable!!

I work for Baptist but what is this?
I'm in the room where I have gone all night and day with no pillow. The bathroom has a sheet in the drawer filled with mold.

The ER waiting was ridiculous
I sat in there fourteen hours and some were there longer than that. One gentleman came in and you could tell he was in excruciating pain. Several people went to the check in desk to make sure they were aware of the pain he was in. The lady at the desk said it was just drama. Somebody needs to police the waiting room and gets some organization in there.
