I have had multiple bad experience at that hospital
I went to this hospital for my epilepsy. I am traumatized by the experience I was treated like my mom instead of me I am 48 years old. I have had EEGS my whole life. Been in and out of hospitals my whole life I know what they do. I am supposed to one sleep deprivation while I am in the hospital The same with lights I got 2 nights of sleep deprivation and multiple times of lights in my eyes. They kept me seven days I was supposed to stay three. I made the decision to leave on day seven but they wanted me to stay longer.

They don't seem to care unless you are dying
This was my first time visiting the ER and all they did was provide Acetaminophen to reduce the headache. The wait time to see the doctor was absolutely disgusting. I waited for 3.5 hours and after that, they told me to wait for 3 more hours. I immediately decided to leave without receiving any care. DO NOT waste your time visiting this place if you have an emergency, it's a total waste of time.

Would not recommend Froedtert hospital to anyone
Mom mother was sent here from appleton to see specialist for her condition and all the did was put in an IV and took pictures. This whole team of Dr's crap is ridiculous they are never on the same page and all the do is confuse a person. 4 hrs to get discharge paper work, people get out of prison quicker. Very disappointed in this whole hospital experience. Very concerned patients son

It look like a 3rd world country in the ER waiting room
The triage rooms were nasty & the bathrooms were disgusting. This used to be the hospital to go to but not any longer. Place is definitely no place you want to be treated at !!!! Staff unorganized & definitely not professional here. Won’t depend on them to save my life!!

Horrible the staff horrible upper management
Horrible short staff always dirty literally! Bathrooms dirty rooms dirty floors dirty emergency department DIRTY environmental services dirty the cleanest part of the hospital is the birth center LITERALLY!!! The way that the hospital has gone down hill is very sad they shouldn’t be investing any money into building when the staff is TRASH!!! If you call head management out they try to fired you make something up! Crumbs hair and more in the waiting room chairs they definitely not too far from st joes

Absolute WORST experience I have ever had in a hospital
I've been transferred 3 times losing the majority of my belongings during the transfer. I brought my own prescription medications from home and they've refused to give me the meds prescribed (not the ones I brought. The ones they have on site) I had a cesarean while here and was treated horribly by 1/2 of the staff. Not all. Some of the staff have been extremely helpful and I wish I remembered their names to call them out and thank them for all the help they've given me during this time. They are definitely in the right field!!, but some of the charge nurses, and a few of the Nurses it has been an absolute nightmare to be in their care. I wish I knew their names to call them out as well. Please try to be more compassionate and kind to the ppl that come into the hospital needing care. We don't all want to be here to begin with.

I wouldn't recommend Froedtert to anyone with trauma
My partner was in a serious motorcycle accident and was transferred to Froedtert from another emergency room. The care he received was very poor. The hospital does not have the proper doctors for the trauma he endured. There was minimal communication about his condition and treatment. The surgery he had did not resolve much of his trauma. Some of his injuries, especially soft tissue, were ignored completely. His brain injury wasn't taken seriously, doctors came in to see him very early in the morning and woke him up to talk. He remembers almost nothing from his hospital stay and the staff refused to communicate with me about what was going on. We have been completely on our own for follow up care. He will need more surgeries to fix what they refused to do.

I WOULD NEVER, NEVER, NEVER suggest FROEDTERT for anything
NON-PROFIT; NOT. Care about the patients; NOT. Sending people to collections for 6, 12, 18, plus dollars. MONEY HUNGRY. Couldn't write it off after receiving thousands, and thousands of dollars. Also, the DOCTORS are YOUNG, ARROGANT, and miss diagnose. Put you on a merry-go-round in their system too make money. I'M DONE. Seeking quality care elsewhere. If I could give a triple 0, I would.

MRI cost three times what we’ve ever paid at home
My daughter is a student at a local college. We live 1000 miles away. It’s incredibly unfortunate this is the care she has offered in the area. They pushed her using their services line it would be a good thing when she could have done one at home over spring break as they didn’t follow up with her for three weeks. It was a good thing for them. They got to charge $3660 for the “services”. The MRI cost three times what we’ve ever paid at home.

Left my mother sitting in her own urine for hours
My mother stayed over night and was on the fourth floor pv area in room 20 on 4/11/24,and my mother was sitting in her own urine for hours and had been asking the nurse to help her bathe, the nurse said well your daughter just came in to visit you "She can help you now" I was so pissed off because two hours before I came I was on the phone with my mother and she was complaining about sitting in her urine and she needed help bathing. I DID THE CNA AND NURSES JOB, and I bathe my mother and helped her order dinner no one told my mother that she had to order her own dinner, thank God I came to visit her because she would of went to bed still sitting in her on urine and hungry. Froedtert has the worst team of nurses and CNAs I've ever seem on the fourth floor pv area. Why became a nurse or CNA if you don't care about human life or well-being. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONE'S HERE. The bar is set in hell at Froedtert fourth floor pv.
