Pure hell on earth
Having to visit this hospital, be it the emergency room or as an outpatient, is pure hell on earth. They are more than happy to have you wait around in a flimsy gown for 8 hours only to receive maybe 20 minutes of care

The whole process trauma than what I originally did not have
Doctor, Nurses, and All those aligned with this center treated me inhumane when I went here. The whole process added more trauma than what I orginally did not have. Now I have healed myself but DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE FOR ANYTHING TO DO WITH MENTAL HEALTH. ALL THEY WANT is drug mules out of vulnerable bodies, who I thought was my friend from VCU told my mother (immigrant) this was a safe place and it was the complete opposite. As a woman in a vulnerable state this is the LAST PLACE you would want to be in. AWFUL TREATMENT CENTER, IT IS A TORTURE CENTER. BE mindful of who you listen to and take advice for especially when it comes to your body. THIS place is FAR FROM being real treatment in anyway. CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION SAVE YOURSELF THEY WILL ONLY DAMAGE YOU. People here are heartless, and pick and choose who they truly care for and the nurses were asking the patients for medical advice. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO HERE. THEY did not treat me but only gave me shots and medicine that did not feel HEALING AT ALL. SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT GO HERE!

Had we known the negligence that is rampant
Watch out for your loved ones if you ever find yourself at this establishment, and take your own notes if you need them for legal action in the future. We trusted this hospital and its providers with the birth of our first child. I was by my wife's side the entire time and she was constantly ignored by doctors and Labor/Delivery nurses. Notes were even incorrectly entered/fudged by nurses so that they could do the least amount of work and not proceed to birth complications protocol. After being discharged, despite bringing up her concerns, my wife spent the entire weekend in the Emergency Room, rushed to the hospital in an ambulance both times. Since then, it has been an incredibly difficult journey for my wife who had always been healthy and an athlete. She has worked so hard and come so far but had we known the negligence that is rampant at this hospital, we would have avoided it from the beginning.

Surgery cancelled as equipment not working
Today I was scheduled to have eye surgery to remove a cataract only to learn after I had been prepped for the procedure that their equipment isn't working properly. This caused me a great deal of anxiety because I have limited vision in that eye. The appointment was rescheduled for the following week.

I don't recommend this Hospital bc of wait
If you have an EMERGENCY please call the ambulance ASAP, because people who are walking in had to wait around one hour just for the blood pressure and another hour for access to the doctor. I don't recommend this Hospital in case you have any Emergency

I would not recommend this hospital to anyone
I would give ZERO stars if I could. If you value your loved one's life, or your own life, get medical care at a different hospital. In my opinion, the doctors and other medical providers at this hospital have no compassion for the patient, or for the patient's family. My husband died a heartbreaking, excruciating death.

Would not recommend
Stay away. I was in a car accident and was charged thousands of dollars just to be given muscle relaxers. For five months I have been telling them to work with the insurance adjuster for the person at fault. They keep sending me bills with different charges due each time.
