To the CEO of Northside Hospital
I would be absolutely embarrassed how the staff handles Senior citizens in Northside hospital system. I have tried to go to the top and contact the CEO, roadblocks all the way to the top. By the way Northside Hospital owns ENT Northside ENT and charged me a duplicate copay on 8/15/2025 of 380. 00. I am a senior citizen of a fixed income and have been trying for over 2 months to get my money refunded to no avail. The doctor's office apparently has been holding my refund until they have payment from insurance company. This to my knowledge is illegal due to rules of Medicare. I have reached out to their billing office as well as their 3rd party payment company multiple and almost daily, and all i get is a run around. NO one wants to take responsibility!! I hope no one else has to endure this kind of treatment. Take my advice and reach out to a different hospital system that wants to take care of their patients!!
