I found out on my mom's MyChart notes that she had died
My mom passed away on Thursday April 24 2025 at 642pm. My biggest issue is the hospital never noticeify me that she was getting bad, I found out on her MyChart notes that she had died,how can the hospital be so heartless I didn't get the chance to say goodbye and she died alone without her family present. What's funny immediately they shut off her MyChart so I could not send a message or find out anything.

If you have to be hospitalized if at all possible, go somewhere else
They missed diagnosed my pneumonia and had me in there 3 times in a month and expect me to pay the bill for all 3 visits with the emergency room and everything completely ridiculous.

Was billed $424 just to be told to visit another hospital
Was only seen for 2 minutes. Literally charged for nothing being done. Largest overprice ever!

I transferred my son out of this hospital because he was not being cared for on the floor. Do not go to this hospital. Nurses and CNA don’t care about the patients.
