Miserable experiences
Every experience at KP (both at this and the North Hollywood location) has been miserable. The wait times are unbelievable - hours for urgent care in the middle of the day. Many of the staff are uninformed in areas they should know better about. The parking garage is almost always full. The pharmacy wait is over an hour every time I’ve gone. Getting an appointment with any doctor, specialist or not, always takes at least a month. The worst part is that with KP insurance you’re forced to use their mediocre urgent care & pharmacy, when there are plenty which are significantly better in the area.
