These people are a disgrace
A total lack of care for their patients. Witnessed a girl crying out in pain for almost a half hour before a doctor showed up or anyone tried to help. Sent me back to my car when I was in the building and didn’t let me in because I “parked in the wrong lot.” The fact that these people are in charge of taking care of our loved ones is a disgrace.

Their malpractice caused my dad to have a stroke.
My dad went in for a little bit of muscle cramping and they did a catheter to check his heart and pushed plaque into his brain which caused a mini stroke. Didn’t give him an MRI for a day and a half and didn’t start physical therapy for three days after.

Not recommending the Beaumont Troy to anyone
We took our one-month-old son to Beaumont Troy emergency for a Breathing issue, He was discharged after a few hours, and we were told to bring him back to Troy if see the same symptoms again. After two days, He had the same symptoms.. We took him to Beaumont Troy again. WE were told they did not have a facility in Troy to treat our son when we arrived. They immediately called the ambulance to transfer him to Royal Oak. If you don't have a facility in Troy to treat our son you should tell us in the first time then we will take our son to Henry Ford Hospital, which has the best treatment and is very near our home. After a few weeks, We received a bill from the Ambulance company for $7730 for Troy to Royal oak, and insurance paid only around $1100. Beaumont should review the ambulance rate that they use for the internal transfer. Now we are stacked with a high ambulance bill because of the Beaumont choice. And it should not happen to any other patients in the Future.

i wont recommend this hospital
i went hospital for emergency they charge me for emergency room charge 3000$ but they didn't start treatment almost hour they told them to wait. i waited for hour after that physician came and gave treatment i paid them for totally 3432.34$. i wont recommend this hospital. they went collection agency .i ask them to give summery but they didn't gave yet final they sending yellow notice. collection agency also rude in this covid situation laid of lot of things going on its hard to manage family too. in future i wont chose Beaumont Hospital.

Patient went to the ER for an eye infection. After registering, a physician told her they do not have an ophthalmologist on staff or on call. Physician said she would try to contact one, then went on to order unnecessary tests, which were refused by the patient. Physician said she could give the patient an I.V. antibiotic "if you want one", leaving it to the patient to make a medical decision, and never told patient whether an ophthalmologist was ever contacted.
