My 5-month old daughter was injured
My 5-month old daughter was injured by the EEG technician, Junqi Zheng, and my MIL and I were verbally abused by her. I was sent a letter from Barbara Lee and have subsequently been ignored by the patient care specialist team (I left several voicemails).
This is not the first time a complaint has been made about Junqi so I am frustrated that my family’s pain could have been avoided as it sounded like she should have been fired a long time ago. The fact that she knew nothing was going to be done about her poor performance is why I am writing this. I hope that no other family will be hurt by Junqi. She even said to me “go ahead, report me, here’s my ID. The camera isn’t on” (i.e the interaction wasn’t recorded so she knew she was safe). She is a drag on her team, patients and the Cornell network, and needs to be fired.
